Feel this company could be bogus.
I placed an order 2 weeks ago & no sign of the goods.
I have tried to contact Honey’s by phone & email but have so far received no reply.
This is at best, lousy customer service!
I have now had to file a complaint through PayPal in the hope of getting my money refunded.
I have noticed a few other similar complaints on this platform so just hoping PayPal come through for me.

Over the last five years, I have used Honeys to buy a number of Anniversary, Birthday and Christmas presents for my wife. The website is excellent, and I have always received prompt, efficient and very friendly service, with first class communication. If an item is not in stock, then Victoria and her team work hard to ensure they source it before the date it's needed. Simply great people to work with.

Oh my. Had THE most beautiful Lise Charmel set arrive today!! Fantastic service, beautifully packaged in a gorgeous ribbon tied gift box. I’ve shopped with honeys previously and yet again I am super happy with my purchase and customer service, roll on Valentine’s Day for my next order!

I’ve had the most exceptional experience from Victoria being measured for and purchasing 3 beautiful Lise Charmel Bras and matching pants plus 2 Lise Charmel Bikinis and some PJ’s too! I knew my Bra size previously had been incorrect and Victoria put me on the straight and narrow! The whole experience was exceptional, Victoria is superb at her job and the whole experience has been a total pleasure. I can see that there is a negative review on Trust Pilot, all I can say is that Victoria is one of the most honourable people I have met doing business with. Victoria at HLB is always so helpful and responsive. I most often purchase Lise Charmel lingerie for my wife and, before Brexit, used to purchase from a source in France. Since February 2020 I have used HLB exclusively and the service has been excellent and the pricing is more competitive than it was from France. I often ask Victoria to try to find me styles in my wife's size from older ranges, and she searches other sources if she doesn't carry the stock herself. Each time the lingerie arrives in a beautiful presentation box so I don't need to wrap it if it's a present.

What a fantastic experience! Not only was the lingerie set I bought so beautiful but Victoria made me feel completely at ease and I lack confidence in my body! She is professional but kind also and that makes the whole experience so much better. Thank you.

I don't know if this is a genuine website so beware if you place an order.
I ordered and paid for items on the 20th Nov. Nearly a month later I have had no response to several emails asking for when the item will be despatched and no refund.

Honeys staff were brilliant when I wanted to surprise my wife with some extra special lingerie and beachwear. They couldn’t help enough to guide me through with suggestions of what would suit. The goods arrived in a very well presented gift box all wrapped beautifully to make that extra special gift experience. My wife absolutely loved the lingerie and can’t wait to put the beachwear to good use in Spain soon. Would definitely go to Honeys again for their expert help and excellent quality.

As a typical male not knowing what to get the wife i was helped all the way in guiding me to the right garments.

I just received a beautiful Lise Charmel ribbon-tied box containing lingerie I have bought for my wedding day. I am absolutely delighted with it all. The quality is fine, delicate and very pretty and all fits perfectly and looks just lovely on. It also matches the description given online and has made me very exited about the big day.
It was expensive, which made me a little nervous about buying online and I noticed there weren't any reviews about this company before. The delivery took a little while but after contacting their hotmail email - I had a very fast response from a lovely lady informing me that the delivery was held up and would be sent from France. They kept me posted until it was finally sent and the wait was absolutely worth it!! I definitely recommend this online retailer.
