Amazing sellers, after a bad experience with first lenses which were touching and scraping my vr lenses, they accepted to send me another pair of prescription lenses with thicker mountning for free, which absolutely feels amazing and safer than the first ones.
Mindblowing experience overall, you can buy products from them eyes closed ! (got it ? ;) )

Honestly it's been refreshing to have a company such as Honsvr for my specific lens needs. There customer service gets back to you almost instantly, and they are VERY helpful! I mean they've gone above and beyond with me and my situation. So I have to give these guys a hands down 5 star review! There products work! Espeically if you have a stigmatism like me. I got a set of lenses for both my goggles 2 and goggles v2 and they help! Next a pair for my Oculus Quest. 100% you won't be disappointed, recommend highly!

I expected the lens's to be off by a bit, slightly blurry, but I was wrong, the lens's are perfect, looking through my Integra goggles is better than looking through my progressive lens's in my glasses. I have astigmatism in both eyes so the diopter lens's do not help me. These are well worth it and high quality packaging as well.

A la recherche d'un site proposant des lentilles de correction pour casque VR Pimax "Crystal", je suis arrivé sur Honsvr où j'ai passé ma commande pour des lentilles avec correction "de loin" comme je l'avais fait pour d'autres casques VR.
Malheureusement, avec le "Crystal" ça ne fonctionne pas. Il faut une correction pour 1 mètre.
HonsVR m'a donc proposé de me fournir gratuitement des nouvelles lentilles après leur avoir envoyé la correction à appliquer pour une vision à 1 mètre.
Après montage de ces nouvelles lentilles, la vision dans mon "Crystal" est excellente.
Un grand merci à HonsVR.

Back up service from HONVR is first rate. I broke a lens holder and HONVR sent me a new one ASAP.
I've noticed a very small double vison which I don't with my glasses, HONVR checked my prescription and are sending a updated pair. Again ASAP.
Very easy to deal with via their website chat.
These are lens for the Pimax Crystal.

Honsvr were the first out of the blocks with the PSVR2 lenses, so the odd teething trouble is to be expected.
Their lenses from day 1 have been top notch, the holder I've had the odd issue with.
For me, the mark of a good company doesn't have to be about a trouble-free purchase, it's how they deal with issues when they come up and HonsVR have gone that extra mile every time.
Absolutely the gold standard in lens and customer service - very happy customer here who would recommend to anyone.

Excited to try my psvr2 prescription lens inserts, I had some installation issues. Upon first and very responsive contact, HonsVR walked me through my issues and quickly issued me a replacement pair at no charge to me. In a world where customer service isn't what it once was, I'm thoroughly impressed with the customer service and help I received and I'm sure I'll be just as impressed with the product when I get it installed correctly. Fantastic product, worked a treat for my psvr 2, much better than wearing glasses. One less thing that needed to be adjusted, Lenses worked perfectly.
However after a couple of months they became loose fitting, I reached out to honsvr via email, and explained this to them. Didn't really expect anything, but very pleasantly surprised when they replied, apologised and promptly sent me replacements. Brilliant customer service.. I couldn't recommend this company more.

Absolutely the best lense company. This was my 2nd order got them for my daughter this time. First when I did my order I messed up,I did + instead of - they thought it was off and asked my prescription to confirm it and fixed my mistake. Received within a week but new lenses have different magnet( the lenses push away the base Instead of attract to it), reached out and talked to customer service they said they use different magnets from my order 4 months ago but they said they will remake them and use the same magnets they used in the first order. All around amazing company, customer service and product.

I had to come here to make a review after the great service I received. I easily ordered my psvr2 lenses on the website and the lenses were in my hands literally a week to the day of ordering. The tracking during shipping is great and is constantly updated to show you where the lenses are.
I gave it a couple of days of use on the PSVR 2 before giving my opinion and I can honestly say that this product has enhanced my vision whilst using the headset and I’m now enjoying VR a lot more now that things aren’t as blurry.

I got my Lenses for my Pico 4 and they fit perfect and are very good, I made my own at first 3d printed and used the round lenses but this is so much better. Well worth the money and shipping was quick and well communicated.

I recently ordered prescription VR lenses and accidentally had put in some wrong info for the prescription. Eric from Honsvr was so knowledgeable that he caught the error I had made and emailed me to confirm my order before he processed it. I double checked my prescription and he was RIGHT. I love that he cared enough to write me and ask me to double check the order so we could get it right. Highly recommended!

Had some lenses for FPV which came very quickly. I had one break when I was fitting so I contacted them. Replacement came, full set in 6 days.
You should definitely use this company, customer support is amazing

My job is as a experience director, and hands down, this is the best customer service I've experienced, from any company. Delivery is within a couple of days, great price, top quality and even replacements given no questions asked for any issues encountered (even ordering the wrong prescription).

Great lenses for a great price !

I ordered a pair of prescription lenses for my Meta/Oculus Quest 2, but I mistakenly ordered an outdated prescription and not my current prescription. I sent HonsVR an email explaining the situation and that I'd like to cancel my order, get a refund, and order the right prescription. Eric from HonsVR reached out to me later that same day and was helpful, understanding, and ready to help correct the order for me. He asked for the right prescription so that he may change the order for me and I soon after received an email confirming my order was changed to the right prescription. I was dreading a fight for a refund, but I was relieved to experience amazing customer service. I have yet to use their product, but if their product is anything like their custom service I am certain it will be a purchase I will not regret making.

I was initially disappointed that my left lens appeared faulty (blurry) but Honsvr was super quick to offer a replacement. What really impressed me though was when I later found out that I had been actually been given the wrong prescription by the Optician (incorrect SPH, + not -) they still sent the replacement lens free of charge. Lenses are great and have improved my PSVR2 experience dramatically.
