Absolutely the best lense company. This was my 2nd order got them for my daughter this time. First when I did my order I messed up,I did + instead of - they thought it was off and asked my prescription to confirm it and fixed my mistake. Received within a week but new lenses have different magnet( the lenses push away the base Instead of attract to it), reached out and talked to customer service they said they use different magnets from my order 4 months ago but they said they will remake them and use the same magnets they used in the first order. All around amazing company, customer service and product.

I had to come here to make a review after the great service I received. I easily ordered my psvr2 lenses on the website and the lenses were in my hands literally a week to the day of ordering. The tracking during shipping is great and is constantly updated to show you where the lenses are.
I gave it a couple of days of use on the PSVR 2 before giving my opinion and I can honestly say that this product has enhanced my vision whilst using the headset and I’m now enjoying VR a lot more now that things aren’t as blurry.

I got my Lenses for my Pico 4 and they fit perfect and are very good, I made my own at first 3d printed and used the round lenses but this is so much better. Well worth the money and shipping was quick and well communicated.

I recently ordered prescription VR lenses and accidentally had put in some wrong info for the prescription. Eric from Honsvr was so knowledgeable that he caught the error I had made and emailed me to confirm my order before he processed it. I double checked my prescription and he was RIGHT. I love that he cared enough to write me and ask me to double check the order so we could get it right. Highly recommended!

Had some lenses for FPV which came very quickly. I had one break when I was fitting so I contacted them. Replacement came, full set in 6 days.
You should definitely use this company, customer support is amazing

My job is as a experience director, and hands down, this is the best customer service I've experienced, from any company. Delivery is within a couple of days, great price, top quality and even replacements given no questions asked for any issues encountered (even ordering the wrong prescription).

Great lenses for a great price !

I ordered a pair of prescription lenses for my Meta/Oculus Quest 2, but I mistakenly ordered an outdated prescription and not my current prescription. I sent HonsVR an email explaining the situation and that I'd like to cancel my order, get a refund, and order the right prescription. Eric from HonsVR reached out to me later that same day and was helpful, understanding, and ready to help correct the order for me. He asked for the right prescription so that he may change the order for me and I soon after received an email confirming my order was changed to the right prescription. I was dreading a fight for a refund, but I was relieved to experience amazing customer service. I have yet to use their product, but if their product is anything like their custom service I am certain it will be a purchase I will not regret making.

I was initially disappointed that my left lens appeared faulty (blurry) but Honsvr was super quick to offer a replacement. What really impressed me though was when I later found out that I had been actually been given the wrong prescription by the Optician (incorrect SPH, + not -) they still sent the replacement lens free of charge. Lenses are great and have improved my PSVR2 experience dramatically.

These lenses are incredible, far exceeded my expectations :) My optometrist happily gave me the details of my prescription which was exactly what Honsvr asked for - very simple & clear. They actually arrived to me today (Wednesday) and I pick up my new glasses on Saturday - they arrived faster than my new glasses. The prescription is as if I was using my glasses and they fit easily into my PSVR 2. Far & away the best VR experience I've ever had, really pleased I have most of 'Horizon - Call of the Mountain' left to play! Highly, highly recommend Honsvr for VR if you wear glasses, can't believe how right I got this choice!

First off, hats off to great customer service from Honsvr. Eric is the man👍I had issues with the site and got frustrated at one point. Got in touch with Eric from customer service and he and the techs fixed me up.
I received the lenses today and very happy with my purchase. Don’t have to wear glasses anymore with my psvr 2. Lenses are super clear and picture is sharp. Lenses came beautifully packaged and in top condition. Anyone wearing glasses and enjoy playing vr games need to do themselves a favor and get prescription lenses and do away glasses. They’re a hassle with vr headsets. Honsvr makes them affordable and of great quality.

Ordered my PSVR2 lenses and next morning had an email just to confirm my prescription as I had made a mistake. Fantastic communication and service. They arrived today and have made a massive difference! No more uncomfortable glasses while wearing headset. I could only manage 30 mins at a time before getting these lenses as my head would be hurting, just managed 2 hours straight and only stopped to eat. Would def recommend HONSVR ! 5 stars from me !

My PSVR2 HonsVR lenses are really great and have significanly improved my experience.

They're really easy to put on and take off, the clarity is fantastic, and they arrived pretty quickly.

The customer service who I spoke to were also really helpful.

The PSVR 1 Prescription Lenses are excellent and the delivery was very fast.

First time reviewer and buyer but I made an account just to leave a review for Honsvr because I wanted to share the great experience I had with them. I had some questions about how to read my eye prescription and honestly I think there was a type on my note that was causing some confusion. Eric who was my live chat agent had patience and professionality to help me through reading my prescription correctly and gave very sound advice. It saved me from going into my optician or calling them. They are a well deserved 5 star seller just for customer service. Not to mention, they are probably the fastest delivery for Canadian buyers. I compared several other companies and they seem to be the fastest among them all. Try it out and if you have any question just ask the live chat. They reply fairly quickly. Enjoy!
