I ordered on 2nd September 2026, it’s now 24th September 2026 and I still haven’t received my order yet. I have emailed and got no response and this was supposed to be a gift.

Amazing and patient !!
I don't usually write reviews but I HAD too, I am so picky and admittedly hard work. After purchasing the books, I've messed and changed little details about 5 times and they've been so patient and helped me everytime, and I'm 100% satisfied amd happy with my books I love them x

So cute but arrived damaged
Edit- Hooray Heroes customer service is top notch and is sending me an entirely new book! Really appreciate the effort to make the gift perfect! Highly recommend this book for your kids, dogs, significant other. Stories are cute and illustrations are perfect with color.
So excited for this book to tell the adventures of my son and dog, but it arrived damaged unfortunately. For the price, I am pretty bummed with it damaged on day 1.

They are amazing

Absolutely love it! It was very easy to navigate. Shortly after making a keep sake book for our dog, he went to heaven 😔🤍. This book will remind how much of a good boy he really was.

I keep getting spam emailed about service/experience with book quality. I ordered 12/2/25 and it has been 10 days and it hasnt even gone through quality control. It said delivery within 10 days.
