I ordered on 2nd September 2026, it’s now 24th September 2026 and I still haven’t received my order yet. I have emailed and got no response and this was supposed to be a gift.

Love these books!
This is the second time I've ordered from this site. The first book I ordered turned out great and my husband loved it!
I'm hoping for some great Christmas presents for my family this year. The characters and stories are so cute and the process went smoothly while ordering. Just awaiting their arrival now!

Quality product, did not arrive timely
The product is quality and I am happy with my books that I ordered. However, a a better understanding of product completion time is necessary. I placed an order on 11/27 and I received it on 12/11. I paid additional for the shipping that says shipped in 2-5 business days. Additionally, I paid extra to skip the line. In my calculation I should have received it on Dec. 5 if I factored in the holiday and weekend. That was not the case so I would caution any last minute purchases with expectations of receiving the book on a certain date.

Disappointed
This is the third book I order from Hooray Heroes.
While I understand that the holiday season is a busy season I don't understand why advertise on your site. "order today to receive before Christmas". I ordered this book and it has been stuck in Binding status for many days now. Now I'm not sure if this will get here in time before Christmas.

Books look great. Searching process was easy. Personalizing my order was ready and flexible to meet my needs. When completing my order I could not get the system to accept a savings code nor my $$ savings. Paid extra for rapid print and quick delivery, so very hopeful for arrival! Recieved my book and it am very happy with the quality and final results. Olivia offered excellent customer service and I will be ordering again.

They did An amazing job!
They did An amazing job on being accommodating. This is my second book I have bought from them. This time around I messed up on picking the kids eye/hair color. I reached out and within hours it was fixed at no charge. Amazing service!

Still waiting to receive the book
The book looks like it would be cute, but I wouldn't know because I haven't received yet. I paid for the expedited processing and it should have been shipped by now, but it still looks like it's in the binding process. Now I won't get it on time and paid extra money for nothing.

I have i have purchased many books from in the past.
I have i have purchased many books from this company. In the past, I never had to deal with this many issues, especially the price kept changing at check out. For some reason I was not able to used my home address. The books are very limited to especially to single child and 1 parent. More so the only child it's not many options. This was just a stressful transaction.
