Right now I haven’t received either of my gifts that I’ve ordered. However they did respond in a timely matter when I immediately messaged them regarding the city & zip code their website has. I’m hoping that it was properly fixed and my family receives their gifts.

After placing the order
After placing the order, I didn't receive an email immediately confirming that the order had been received, so I had no idea whether the order had been placed or not, and ended up wasting time looking everywhere.

Personalization… WIN!
I absolutely love the ability to personalize the dog breed, hair color, eye color, and even the eye color. This make it so much more personable. Building a story based on general topics that most dogs do is brilliant. Great job! Thank you

Books are beautiful
Books are beautiful, great stories, lovely colors and drawings. They make beautiful and sentimental gifts for kids and the entire family. Some moms may cry and get emotional, like myself.

Nicely set up website
Nicely set up website. Walks you threw step by step. Only issue I had this time around using was there was quite a bit of lag when I clicked on things. Not sure if they were doing an update or what was going on but other than that very well set up and easy to follow website.

Ordered for a close friend
Ordering this for a close friend that just lost his dog, he adopted the dog while we were in college and roommates.
The ordering process was pretty straight forward. Having more stories to choose from would be a major plus, but overall very easy to place the custom order

Five books down and still loving it!
I just ordered my fifth book from Hooray Heroes and have no plans of stopping there. These books are so cute, colorful, and entertaining. The quality is amazing, too! I’ve only ever bought the hardcovers and have loved them. The paper for the pages is high-quality as well. I love the variety of books the site has and how they can be used for any situation. My family has loved receiving books with their name and character in it. Hooray Heroes is the best!
