Hooray Heroes Reviews

The personalised book is amazing. So colourful and very well done

Disappointed so far, I paid for expedited printing and the book is not yet complete and with an 18 day anticipated shipping it seems unlikely that I will receive the book before Christmas. I am still hopeful but my understanding is the book would have been complete within 5 days with the priority printing.

This book was everything I was hoping it would be! I can’t wait for my kids to open it on Christmas Eve!

It was beautifully designed and put together. The order process was very easy.

Everything from start to finish of my order was so personal, thorough, and easy! I also loved that you can see the end result before purchasing. With losing a fur baby, it gets hard sometimes talking about it. However, in a sense, felt like she was right there helping me make this book. Thank you for this experience and opportunity to make such a gift for my family to share!

Great communication and a great product.

The book you made me for our dog is amazing! Brought tears to my eyes and we loved it. Thank you so much for the beautiful work. I would tell anybody to buy one of these.

These books make wonderful gifts to loved ones. Very sentimental

I Love these books. As a returning customer this will be the 3rd, 4th and 5th book ive ordered. They are so unique and special my children even as they grow absolutely love them. The christmas book has become a family tradition we read every year at Christmas time.

Very satisfied, easy to use,

Love the product, but unfortunately the names on the cover didn’t show up in the order I put them in. I reached out to customer service, but they said there was nothing they could do. Otherwise everything was great!!

I am a repeat buyer. My family loves your books! the quality and likenesses are wonderful. As my 9-year old grandson said, "Whoever made these pictures nailed it! They look just like us!"

Wonderfully beautiful books! Quick response when I had a question and were just so kind to work with! So thankful for such a great company and customer service!

Easy ordering and customizing. Love the different options for different books.

Great book, loved the customization and the own special page.

Really happy with my book for my mother for x mas

I enjoyed the many options, there’s so much that’s wonderful about the two sibling book for the holidays. One thing I didn’t like was the creepy elves in the introduction page, they looked scary for an otherwise fun book and wish I could view the final version larger before ordering.

Captured my Pomeranian Waffles perfectly! The book arrived so quickly and I just love it so much! I have it displayed on my dresser right next to his collars. (He has passed away so this book helps with reminding me of all his shenanigans)

My experience was mixed, but in the end the product was worth the effort. I wished to create a book with my grandson’s name since it is unusual and hard to find in ready-made items. I also wanted to include 2 friends in the story. This required a bit of searching.
