I understand that I ordered for Christmas , ordered on the 9th then it said delivered on the 22nd and now it’s saying it won’t be delivered until Dec 29th!!!! If it is delivered before Christmas I will rewrite this but very upset now that my mother doesn’t get this for Christmas 🎄

Originally replied to email. Once they verified that the book was not going to make it on time for what I paid for I asked for a refund. They chose to completely ignore and I didn’t get the book.

A real keepsake!
We're still waiting on this one, but that's our 5th or 6th book we've ordered from Hootay Heroes! We love every one so much! The kids are so proud and happy to recognize themselves in the stories and illustrations! The ordering process is fun itself! You decide over almost everything without being overwhelmed!
Waiting for your irder is nerve wrecking!😂 can't wait to hold and gift the newest creation!

At the moment your book is finishing production and is expected to ship today or tomorrow. Once it does, you'l receive a tracking number to your email.

Great Quality!
Ordered a customized book. It was easy to go through all the steps. Loved that there were different story options. Quality is amazing - such vivid colours! Only con I have is, even though the book arrived within the timeframe, the tracking would not update. I was getting nervous thinking it didn't ship. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived on my door step. Would definitely order again.
