I love the art throughout the book but the stories seem repetitive and AI written.
I love the art throughout the book. However, the stories are somewhat repetitive and one of the pages is vertical instead of horizontal which does not flow well. I also wish you could select the age of each child in the book to make it more personal, especially if one of the children is an infant. Overall the book is not bad but it’s not very personalized or heartfelt. If I had paid $10-20, it expect the product that I received, but for $50, I felt that it could be a lot better. I would not buy the “daddy, we love you” book again.

Great book but received late
The book was stunning and made us all remember our best friend like he was still with us. I paid extra for shipping to ensure it would make it for Christmas morning, as that was the 9 month anniversary and first Christmas without our pup, and it did not make it until several days later. I would not have spent the extra on shipping.

Amazing books!
Books arrived in fantastic condition! All were given as Christmas gifts to our Great nephews and nieces. They are too young to give much feedback, but their parents were thrilled with the books!

There’s no way I designed the book the way it came out. None of my kids are of dark complexion, and one came out that way. One has blonde hair and it came out with brown hair. Very disappointed.

I paid to expedite my order and receive it by Christmas. The tracking information indicated it would arrive on Christmas Eve. Well that didn’t happen and now it isn’t expected to arrive until December 30th. Almost an entire week late. My son wasn’t able to surprise his Gigi on Christmas with her special gift. Very disappointing.

Looking at our system, I can see it was shipped from our print house on the 19th and had more than enough time to reach you, but unfortunately the shippers were experiencing a backlog this holiday season and didn't manage to deliver by Christmas. I am truly sorry.
As of now, I have already reached out to you via email with a solution and I hope it can help amend this situation as much as possible.
According to the tracking, it appears your book arrived on the 26th and I sincerely hope Gigi enjoyed it despite a slight delay.

Didn’t even receive the order yet
Didn’t even receive the order yet! Ordered on December 10 with skip the line and 5 day express air shipping. I received email it was shipped 1 week later, but fedex tracking said it did not ship till 6 days later and now estimate is December 26. This cost a lot and my order was not honored and now my wife won’t receive her Christmas gift from my daughter. I do not recommend this service!

Christmas grinch!
I paid for express shipping to ensure my order would arrive in time for a Christmas gift. I am currently traveling and had planned to bring this gift for my child with me. The package was initially scheduled for delivery on December 19th, then it was changed to December 23rd, and subsequently to December 24th. I have still not received it. As a result, my son will not have a Christmas gift. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. As a returning customer who has referred many individuals to your company, I will no longer be making purchases from you or recommending a company that cannot fulfill its commitments.

I am so sorry to hear this. After reviewing our system, I can confirm that your book was shipped on the 19th via FedEx. Based on their standard delivery times, it should have arrived by Tuesday at the latest. Unfortunately, it appears there has been an unexpected delay during transit, which is outside of our control. We will be contacting FedEx directly to investigate what happened.
By all means your book was supposed to arrive by Christmas: from our side, it was printed and shipped out on time!
I understand how frustrating this must be and how important the gift is. We truly hate to disappoint our customers like this and we really wish there was more we could do.
