I ordered on 2nd September 2026, it’s now 24th September 2026 and I still haven’t received my order yet. I have emailed and got no response and this was supposed to be a gift.

Super easy, quick, and heartfelt! I cried just making the book. Can’t wait to get it and share with my Daughter. Our big sweet boy was our world and this is perfect to remember him forever.

It's easy lay out
It's easy lay out. The story itself is there you just have to pick which one you want to include in the story book and they do it for you. I ordered a book from here long time ago and now Im ordering a Christmas book for my son. I know he would love it.

Was wracking my brain trying to figure out what to get my husband for Christmas. We have two young girls and came across this company on Google. Just when I thought I needed ONE book....
OK...I was thrilled with the first book I created for the five kids ---BUT was soon to discover that Hooray Heroes offered books for dog parents! YIKES - I already submitted my first order. The sweet diligent ladybugs at Hooray Heroes helped me combine both orders so I can get them both by Christmas! So much fun creating these books and such special messages in each book!

The book was everything I expected and…
The book was everything I expected and more and came with perfect timing as my son had had a hard day at school on the day this arrived. I think reading the book helped put things into perspective for him, it also mirrors techniques we use regularly for emotional regulation.
