Beautiful dress, really cant fault it and would absolutely buy from here again. Definitely unique for special occasions. Had to order a second one as the first was too big. The wait time for a refund needs to be a little better, although terms and conditions are clear. Just feels a long wait.
Will happily shop here again.

Purchased two dresses in two separate orders, both in the same size. One dress was far too small in the bust and the other dress was too large. There doesn’t appear to be any sizing consistency between styles. I also felt the price was too high for what are essentially polyester dresses and the quality did not warrant the cost at all. Really disappointing given how beautiful the styles look online. The next headache was the returns process. I had to wait a really unreasonable amount of time for my returns to be processed. I contacted customer services to check my return had been received after a while had passed and was told it had been received back into the warehouse just 2 days after I had posted it - but two weeks later it had still not been processed. I was politely asked to wait the 10 working days from this point before contacting them again, which I did once this time also passed. It was then ‘escalated’ but I did not actually receive my refund for a further week. I had already placed my second order before I was aware of this issue but I would not purchase directly again for this reason. I am still waiting on my other refund. Customer services were quick to respond both times I had to contact them.

I bought 3 dresses. All really beautiful designs. I’m size 18. Two were too small and fitted my mum who’s size 12/14 so they were returned. You do not get any confirmation that they are returned to the warehouse you have to rely on Royal Mail stating ‘delivered’ on your tracking number. You then have to wait a nerve wracking 10 WORKING days to receive your refund.
I decided against keeping the third which did fit but for £95 I didn’t think I’d get enough wear out of it. Customer services were helpful and even offered to extend the refund period to 21 days. I sent it through a post office but Royal Mail failed to scan it as delivered. So I panicked and checked with customer services that they had it. They couldn’t confirm they had it but said Royal Mail were notoriously bad for scanning things as delivered and I should wait my 10 working days and if I didn’t have a refund they would look into it. I received my refund after only 5 working days this time. The returns process was too long and stressful for me so I’ll not buy another dress direct. I might try buying one through simply be or John Lewis if I want to try again in future.

Great, until you need to return something, as then you have to wait 10 working days for them to process it, and then ANOTHER 10 working days to actually receive the refund. So I’ve been waiting nearly a month for a large refund. I’ve never known anywhere to take so long to refund.
I also didn’t feel the quality of the dresses warranted the price.

The quality of the products isn’t worth the
Money.
The fit was awful I tried both size 10 and 12 and there were issues with both sizes.
Returned both dresses and I still haven’t received my £180 cash refund after 3 weeks.
Back and forth with customer service unhelpful and uncaring.

The dresses recieved were absolutely beautiful and excellent quality and detail. Sadly they didn’t suit me so they were sent back. I stupidly lost the tracking slip so completely my fault so I contacted customer services for help. Bettina was amazing and patient and she finally found my items. Would definitely use again!

I bought 'The Willa' dress for a black tie event and it was the most amazing dress I've ever worn. I felt like a modern day Disney princess!
People kept stopping me at the event to ask where my dress was from. I've never felt more beautiful.

Lovely dress brought the Avaline dress for my nieces wedding tbh I ordered a few and couple have brought them all!
The dress is lovely vibrant and nice to wear I felt amazing

What a Dress am in love, I feel magical, not only did I have to size down (which is always a great feeling), but the cut and quality is amazing, feels like the dress was made just for me!

The whole Hope and Ivy experience has been great, I contacted Brettina from the care team in regards exchanges and got a personal response not a robot.

Delivery was quicker than I thought too!

The dress bought was Miranda for a friends wedding. Am a size 16 but had to exchange for a 14.

Brilliant company! Not only are the dresses absolutely stunning, and delivery swift, but the customer service at Hope & Ivy is probably some of the best I’ve experienced for a while. Personalised emails, quick responses and sensible resolution to the issue I had. I already know that I will purchase lots more from this lovely company. Special thanks to Bettina for helping me feel a million dollars on my mum’s wedding day.

Dress took a little longer than anticipated and issue with tracking , but customer service was immediate and was able to tell me where parcel was straight away.

Dresses are absolutely beautiful. Sizing is definitely off have to say ... same cut of dress (wrap, what will fit in one will be too big or too small in another.) And small fitting. definitely worth trying though. I've bought quite a few now (3 different ones for wedding because i keep seeing more dresses i love.... and in several different sizes now. Customer service were absolutely lovely when I sent back shoes by mistake to the wrong place and they got in touch and returned them to me. When I had to chase a refund it was a different story. After several emails i thought i wasnt getting my money back and it was just tough! I did though. They said they are a small company and working on it. Overall would recommend, because the dresses are gorgeous, they are flimsy and sizing definitely off but still beautiful. Wish they were on the likes of NEXT where you could order several sizes at once easily and then have use of their returns service... and all the dresses plus size etc in one place. Hope they maybe think about doing more shorter going out dresses too. 😃

Its a pity I can't give them the superstar button. I know it's only a dress but behind those dresses is a very special occasion.. I bought a dress underestimated my size and girth and messed up. I contacted the company and the lovely Bettina and she found a supplier who had the dress and then when that wasn't working even offered an alternative. Can't thank them enough and love the dress all ready for my daughters big day out

Sick of ordering stuff online and not getting a full refund (having to pay shipping etc). So was delighted when I returned an item and got full refund with no hassle. Trustworthy site.

Hope and ivy need to focus on how quickly they give refunds. 10 working days plus they say another 5 depending on your bank. I returned my goods on the 27th Feb and basically refund is still not in my account whilst 2 other clothes retailers refunded my money within 7 days.
