Great product shots and video so you can see exactly what you're ordering. Seamless experience making the purchase and timely notifications so you know when you're product is going to be delivered or is ready for collection. Staff are very friendly and really helpful. I've purchased multiple products both online and in-store, always a great experience. Products are beautiful, visit the store and you'll want to buy everything!

Absolutely love this shop - stepping into the store is like a little hug - I want to buy all them plants xx this shop is an absolute Gem in the city. Great online service also - just bought some sweet gifts for myself and family. Support local small businesses. Thanks loads to hopeless botanics and team xx

So utterly happy with the service provided for an online order that required delivery. My satin pothos argyraeus arrived looking so pristine and healthy, with an info card for care detail and wrapped to perfection. Certainly one of best experiences I’ve had as a plant addict with frequent orders placed anywhere and everywhere :) Can recommend 100%

We received two plants as a gift that was posted to us.
The plants are so beautiful and vibrant.
They were extremely well wrapped, no damage to them at all. The wrapping and cards were also very beautiful.
If thinking of sending a gift to someone I would highly recommend Hopeless Botanics.

I received a gift of a beautiful Mandevilla flowering shrub, from Hopeless Botanics, in late Spring. This has quickly become a firm garden favorite, beautiful trumpet like flowers in profusion. Excellent quality, which I have come to expect from Hopeless Botanics. Would highly recommend all products from this lovely shop - little gem!
