They sell fake masks with photos of real masks. They’re in china and don’t state that is where it comes from. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!

Masks are absolutely garbage. They do not represent what is shown on the website.
Takes weeks to deliver.
Products are not as described.
Eventually reply to your message, drag it out. Then ask you to post back to China for a refund.

BUYER BEWARE. I give it less thank zero, but the system won’t let me. Go somewhere else.

Scam. Takes weeks and then they send any old rubbish. It’s quite funny though how bad it is.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! Mask arrived late for intended purpose as it took over 3 weeks to arrive. Once the mask arrived, the quality was extremely poor, I ordered a Pennywise mask but the mask looked like a down syndrome version. Trying to return is pointless, after 5 emails to organise return I've still not had any reply.

Do not order from this company. Absolutely shocking. I never received my order in time, in fact it was 2 weeks later. I emailed Horrifiq twice and it says they will be with you in around 30 minutes, on both occasions I never got a reply back.

The masks do NOT look like what they do on the website and the quality is absolutely disgraceful. I never received the full Scream Face costume, just the mask. Also when trying the mask on they smell really bad and has a powder like substance inside them that have actually burnt my hands and face.

If I could give a minus I would.

Scam website. Wish I'd read these before ordering. Ordered a mask over a month ago, that has never arrived. They won't respond to emails. Will be charging back from my credit card.

Garbage stuff, they processed my order twice and now won’t let me return the garbage, won’t respond to emails. Complete scam don’t buy from them!

Save time by putting your money in the bin and putting a bin liner over your head. Same quality and less wait. Good bye £35 👋

J'ai acheté un masque pour une production cinématographique et le masque n'était pas DU TOUT ce qu'il était sur le site.
Ils ne répondent pas aux mails. J'ai bien l'impression que les numéros qu'ils assignent sont bidons.
Le masque n'est pas ce qui est présenté sur le site. Le produit actuel est de pitre qualité, pas du tout ce qui est présenté sur le site internet. C'est de la fausse publicité, et une faute pénale coûteuse.

Don’t do it ..wish I’d read the reviews for this company would have saved me some money most people seem annoyed with the crap they received I didn’t even get any crap not even a crappy response to my emails

scammed two payments out of me, notified them straight away but shipped the product anyway and they will not entertain the idea of a return unless I cover the costs.

The masks look nothing like they do on the website you will be better of buying from temu
they also smell like some weird chemical

Wow!! Please please please do not buy any mask from this company. I paid £35 for an official Michael Myers mask. It came and I could only laugh. Superglue all over it. Hair falling out. Looks more like mr blobby than Michael myers. Also took 3 weeks to arrive.

Tried contacting customer service “who aim to respond in half hour” and got nothing. Please save your money. It’s just another Chinese scam. I have contacted Google with photos so they get taken off.

Just disputed this with my bank and got a full refund. Make sure you all do the same

I tried buying one of these masks online however after putting all my card info it was declined 3 times. Just hoping they haven't stolen my card details Havant had anything taken out of my account as of yet 1 week later. Don't buy anyway as I've now read reviews and seems like a scam site.

Ho letto delle recensioni che hanno ricevuto i materiali dalla Cina e di pessima qualità!
Allora ho mandato una mail e’ mi hanno risposto che “LORO HANNO MAGAZZINI IN TUTTO IL MONDO” per poter fare spedizioni mondiali!
Oggi,21 ottobre ho ricevuto il tracking da una azienda cinese con consegna prevista il 31 ottobre!
Io ho trovato la stessa maschera che vende Horrifiq su Aliexpress per 2,16 euro!
Non comprate nulla qui!
I veri prodotti approvati li trovate SOLO da aziende serie e costano molto di più!

Ordered a Halloween Michael myers kills mask at £35 , I didn’t realise the mask would be shipped from China after paying for priority shipping and waiting 2 weeks with no updates on the order I received a mask I could buy in my local store for around £5, looked nothing like the mask from the film or what was advertised. Absolute scam I couldn’t believe it, please do don’t buy from these frauds and buy from a reputable site.

Bought an official Michael Myers’s mask. It came with no tags on it in a clear zip lock bag. No way in hell it’s official merchandise. It looks nothing like the photos they provide either. Asked for refund twice now but they just ignore you. Been nearly 4 weeks and nothing. Pure scam company. Avoid unless you like being ripped off.

Terrible company. Avoid them at all costs! I placed an order in the evening (two identical ones, because the first payment seemed to fail but apparently didn’t after all) and immediately after ordering I cancelled the orders. As in 15 minutes after placing the order. Once through their support page and again from my email address, well within the 2 hour window their website claims to provide you to cancel orders. These messages were entirely ignored and the next day, when it’s almost afternoon, I get some messages that the orders are complete and they are shipping them. They are also being shipped from China, which is not obvious from their site at all. they try to make it seem like you are receiving stuff from a store in Paris. If you look in maps using street view at the provided location, you will see there isn’t even such a shop. I am now going to have to try and see if I can get my money back through my bank, because so far it seems pretty clear they aren’t going to respond or give me my money back for items I really do not want at all.

I ordered a 1978 Michael Myers mask and it seemed suspicious as they only used pictures from the actual movie and no photos of the mask I would receive. Said I would get it within 3-5 days (it took 3 weeks) and whatever connects the hair to the mask was falling apart, it stank of weed, and the mask was of horrible condition. Ruined my Halloween and £35 in not getting back. Don't waste your money on this scam website.

I bought a mask , it was delivered damaged the packaging was just one layer of bubble wrap there was no way it would make it to the destination uncrushed, I have asked for a replacement sent photos , asked for my money back and no reply, they do not sell quality and do not follow up on issues
