"Lifetime guarantee” certainly didn’t mean what I expected. Our Stellar 7000 pan deteriorated until unusable. Horwood blamed overheating, rejected the warranty claim and offered 25% off another purchase instead. My parents have separately had Stellar pans fail too. That makes two independent failures in one family and absolutely no confidence in the brand. For supposedly premium cookware, the durability and after-sales experience have been deeply disappointing. I won’t buy Stellar again and do not recommend their products.

I enquired about replacing a broken spout handle on a Stellar kettle. They asked for photos of the kettle and its base, proof of purchase etc. I took the trouble to do all that then received a reply that they couldn't help but I may be able to purchase a new kettle elsewhere! The kettle was 18 months old and all I wanted was a spare part.

I received some knives and a frying pan, there was an issue and Louis from customer services really went his way to help resolve the situation. I'm really impressed! I would highly recommend this company!

Brilliant customer service from this company. I have contacted them a few times over the 20 years or so I have had their products and they have always, to date, sorted out my replacement items without quibble or answered my questions quickly.

My most recent contact was when the work situation was at its' most confusing and they advised that there would be a delay in sending the item. They then sent me a couple of emails to let me know they had not forgotten and it arrived before the date initially advised. Brilliant. Solved my problem professionally and as soon as they could.

I will return to this company for all my future kitchen purchases. Having peace of mind is important and knowing that any future issues will be quickly resolved means a lot.

Having ordered two Judge baking sheets (33 x 33) on the afternoon of 28 December 2021, they were delivered by DPD on New Year's Eve. Ideal products, perfect condition, and delivered in super-quick time.

We started to use an unopened (maybe older) gift set of Judge cutlery, and the forks were faulty. We hadn't kept the box, and didn't know the style. We have had many Judge products and think they are great quality and value so this was a surprise.
Rachel from Customer Services responded promptly and helpfully, all online, over a series of messages to identify the style, and agreed to replace the forks.
I was more than delighted to receive a complete new set of cutlery this morning.
It was great dealing with Rachel - Customer service at it's best.

I ordered something in November and it still hasn't arrived (it's a Christmas present). I have tried to contact customer services but no response.

I have emailed Horwood at least a dozen times about missing goods. Constantly reassured that they will be with me in 24hours. Still have not received what I have paid for. Disgusted!

Ordered a few sets of cutlery for the family, every set of 24 had at least 10 pieces bent or damaged. Horwood sent replacements they too where all damaged…

Products sold are general trash and should be avoided at all costs.

My Stellar kettle was purchased by my parents as a gift so had no proof of purchase for it, However the handle became loose, and the whistle stopped working. As it carried a life time guarantee, I decided to contact you.

My request for the guarantee to be honoured was picked up by Louis, his manner and approach was second to none He honoured, my request even though my kettle was no longer available. He sent me a choice of 3. I selected the ebony one which arrived on Tues pm., To say I am delighted would an understatement it is gorgeous. Your prompt courteous attention to my request was amazing It is stunning a true style icon. It looks fab sitting on the back of my black and white Aga I also drive a black Audi TT, and it matches that!! ,so it is now known as TEA TEA. The service you have given me is exemplary, and far more than I could ever expected. My grateful thanks go out to Louis, who dealt with my request and the whole of the team at Horwood who made it possible.

I bought a set of judge pan about 5 year’s ago and one of the handles had came off the lid and I noticed on the bottom of the pan it read 25 year guarantee so I emailed the company on the off chance and they email me asking what size the pan was and sent me a new lid no fuss no argument just happy to help

I purchased a Judge enamel wok about 10 years ago that had a 25 year warranty, and unfortunately the enamel recently failed. After contacting their customer service department and providing some details, they sent me a brand new replacement straight away, no quibbles. Really great customer service, highly recommended them!

What a wonderful company. They have restored my faith in good customer service.
I purchased a Judge coffee machine just over a year ago and unfortunately it stopped working. I called Horwood and explained my problem. They replaced the whole machine with no quibbles what so ever. The replacement was sent out and in my kitchen within 48hrs of my first call! Their follow up to keep me informed of the replacement was excellent.
Will certainly buy from here before anywhere else if future.
