I ordered the blender in grey it was awful not even blender bananas and whenever you ask them they ask you to send the faulty item back they do no even facilitate to give voucher so that you can shop they always put you in trouble to provide them item back first so upset

Ordered the vacuum on Saturday

Ordered the vacuum on Saturday. Stated next working day delivery.
In my opinion this should be Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
Received an email from DX on Monday stating that they had it.
I emailed you on Monday for an update. No reply from you.
I emailed you on Tuesday still no reply from you now.
The parcel eventually arrived on Wednesday.
This is not what I expected from your company.

I recently purchased the Geepas mixer grinder

I recently purchased the Geepas mixer grinder, and I've been quite disappointed with its quality. The product feels very cheaply made, and the jars, which are very soft show signs of denting easily, even just from being dropped a small distance.
After only about three months of use, the power switch failed, so now the mixer runs automatically whenever it's plugged in. On top of that, the blades keep coming loose during grinding, which requires you to manually tighten them constantly. I would not recommend this product.

Just be prepared to be disappointed

1. They did not inform me when the item was dispatched as they claim they would . 2. No delivery instruction facility available to guide the delivery guy to safe and secure place.
3. Item faulty and dead as a dodo.
4. There is no phone number yo contact them do emailed their support team and no response from them so far .
5. I will just on fee postage for the item to be sent back to them.
6. Customer service is not up to scratch.

So far I have been very happy with Geepas. Great little machine which cooks really quickly. I did have a problem but they have sorted me out with a new machine, which I wasn't expecting as I have had it a while.
