Blender Blade and its housing on my GEEPAS food blender was badly damaged. I contacted GEEPAS Customer Service for help a replacement part. They responded promptly in spite of the fact that I had failed to register the machine for guarantee purposes. Replacement part was sent in quick time and my blender is now up and running.

Products look good, Prices look good but trying to get what you've paid for has been impossible thus far.
I've been waiting for tracking information and actual delivery for over a week on a 'Next Day' delivery item, getting a response from customer service is a painfully slow process and when you do get a reply they completely ignore the information you've supplied several times previously.
I'm raising a claim for refund through PayPal as it seems to be beyond this company to send me what I've paid for.
Will not use them again.

WOW!!! A reply to my review within 10 minutes!!! If only you'd respond to the email communications as quickly or even rectify the issue and deliver my item which was ordered on the 30/06/2026 for next day delivery.... We're now on the 06/07/2026 and I've still not got dispatch and tracking details. Deliver it or Refund, it's how business works and you don't get bad reviews.

Faulty products, not worth the prices, like Temu shit quality. Bought a 100£ mixer grinder used once , second time the machine doesn’t work, I tried to contact the customer service, which is very shit service , they are asking videos of the product,which I sent them but the video doesn’t work they say. I have been chasing them but as usual no response.

Geepas are a very efficient company; I ordered one of their 12" table fans recently (GF21179UK) and it arrived swiftly and packed extremely well. The fan itself is a high quality item and very effective in this hot weather. Their customer service was excellent too, and I would recommend them and the fan to anyone. Thank you.

I ordered a Geepas fan with next day delivery. The fan arrived 3 days later. Having queried this, Geepas offered to refund the delivery cost. However of two weeks of chasing and no response from customer service regarding the refund, decided to rate the customer service low.
Well, if there are possible issues with the courier then, that should be highlighted during the purchase or don't set that expectation that it will be next day delivery. Offer an cheaper alternative as an delivery option.
Also the issue was with the fact that the customer representative indicated that a delivery refund was an option and then I had to chase up multiple times for an update. It will be 3 weeks soon and I am still yet to receive the refund

I was very stupid and managed to destroy the plastic cap from my Geepas blender. I didn't need to buy a whole new blender, so I contacted Geepas customer services. They were absolutely brilliant and efficient. Maneesh, Freya and Arjun all helped me and were very kind.

Order put in on a Friday Payment taken..next day delivery woohoo!
But unfortunately come Tuesday got a cancellation email saying item not in stock we will refund you..
Why take an order knowing item isn't in stock??? Pathetic that.

1. Next day delivery not fulfilled
2. Took 6 days to cancel an order
3. Their website does not allow an order to be cancelled, but states they can be contacted via chat, call or email. There is no chat service available so their website is misleading.
4. They listed the item as in stock on their website but after 6 days my order was not fulfilled, due to what they stated as a error on their end.
5. When you click on track on their website, the website link breaks and doesnt work.
Overall a shocking experience and one I shall never return to.
