NO DELIVERY YET - STILL WAITING WITH NO RESPONSE FROM GEEPAS

No update on my cooler which was suppose to be delivered next day. Horrible service and no update from DHL either. It will probably arrive after heatwave is gone.

I ordered the fan on Monday with their next day delivery charges. To date, it has been 5 days, I have not received my fan. I requested their support team to cancel the order and refund my money, but they are saying it cannot be refunded because they have dispatched it. We felt stranded in this heatwave because our order never arrived and since we did not get the refund, we could not buy the fan from anywhere else.

Product is good for the price. However it was supposed to be next day delivery but took 4/5 days to arrive. Ordered twice separately and same situation happened on both occasions.
