Was given a confirmation call day before work was planned. Was given updates about time of arrival on day of work. Work was done effectively and efficiently.

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough, reliable, friendly, efficient and much more reasonably priced than other big firms I contacted. Would not hesitate to call again, found them to be a pleasure to do business with. Overall extremely happy

We were in need of a complete central heating system to replace our "vintage" warm air system, and I found Horwood via a Google search. After speaking to Aaron, he was at our home the next day to give a very reasonable quote.

Within days of accepting the quote, he and Gareth were removing the old, broken warm air unit and scale-ridden hot water cylinder and installing not just a new boiler, but radiators and pipework too.

I can't fault their work at all and our home is now warm and we have instant hot water without having to rely on cylinders or immersion heaters. Can't recommend them enough, and for any similar work I may need in the future, they will be my first port of call.

Really fantastic guy we called on a Saturday morning with no heating, he couldn’t come but realised it was a simple issue and talked us through it over the phone. Other people would have come and charged the call out fee. Will definitely be using again. So nice to deal with a genuine guy when heating is concerned.

We had a really great experience with this Company. Had our bathroom completely stripped out and replaced. We also had a new hot water system put in.
All done within the agreed time and by five star tradesmen. Work was carried out by Ian and Aaron.
We would recommend them every time. So pleased we have used them for our works.

We have used Horwood on two occasions, one a boiler replacement and an en-suite refurb which they have just completed. This is a top-drawer company. Their workmanship and professionalism is 10/10. We have had excellent service and each and everyone who has worked in our house is a credit to this company. Special thanks to Ian for the amazing work in our bathroom. Highly recommended!

Recently had my boiler break down (22 years old) Horwood came round and provided a very competitive quote so decided to go with them for a new boiler. It was fitted within the next week. Got to say the fitting was great completed same day, and they work extremely cleanly there was no mess left for me to clear up. Been working great since! I’d highly recommend them and will use them for any plumber related work going forward

Phoenix delivered outstanding service, ensuring the job was completed to a high standard and leaving everything clean and tidy. The heating system is now functioning perfectly, and he patiently walked me through how to use the control panel. Truly impressed with his professionalism!

Just had my boiler serviced by a young man named Kel Brooks . ( Horwood Heating) He arrived on time , very pleasant & friendly. We had a new bathroom installed a few months ago and a new radiator fitted which wasn’t working as it wasn’t turned on. Kel sorted it out now working.
We have used Gareth( Horwood heating) for a couple of years and very satisfied excellent company would highly recommend .

Gareth, Ian, Charly & Team are absolutely amazing. They were faced with repairing a larger and more complex issue than they were originally contracted to do. Through out the process they kept us informed, arrived on time and always left the space clean and tidy. We now have a DRY, sturdy and safe bathroom that looks great too! Highly recommend Horwood!

Amazing Service- Gareth and Phoenix were thorough and tidied up as they went along. There was minimal disruption to the household and they kept us informed of the process as they went along. The final invoice was exactly as quoted. All registration documents and guarantees were e-mailed the same day.

I can honestly say it was refreshing dealing with such a great reliable company , they did what they said they would when they said they would do it . Gave helpful, honest information and advice and kept me informed throughout. They gave me a quote up front for the work and charged what they advised they would. My dealings were with Aaron and Charly and could not have been better .

I had to replace the pump to my shower Horwood spoke to Mira to ensure the right pump was fitted ordered the pump and fitted it on the date and time stated keeping me up to date with updates. Engineer that fitted my pump was great and did a good job

Had Ian here to fix my bathroom following a leak. He's attended previously a d the service he offers has always been fantastic. Really friendly front line staff who are happy to explain the situation and steps they are taking to resolve any issues. Thank you!

Efficient, quick, friendly and professional! After months of battling with our developer over noisy extractor vents, I received a call from their offices to book an appt and found they had been provided the incorrect information. Once we established the correct issue, I was advised they’d go back and discuss and get back to me. Within 2 hours I had 2 people at my door, one from Horwood and one from our developer to inspect the issue outside. Both agreed it was a problem and they’d get it changed, this was Thursday. A revised quote went over Friday and we had someone here today, weds, replacing our vents!! Engineer was courteous and polite and worked quickly to replace the vents and explained what he’d done etc.
I cannot fault this company at all, and am so pleased that an ongoing issue has been rectified in a matter of days. Thanks to Charlie and the team for your swift action to get this sorted it’s much appreciated
