I bought 3 30 mtr hose link and am very pleased with them, I only have one concern, when I go to retract them they seem to stick and don't go into the reels so I spend some time trying to get the hose into the reel. I don't know what I am doing wrong but apart from that they look great and I am happy with them

Went to the shop in Brookvale where they were really helpful. I needed the hose to attach to a pressure cleaner and was offered a fitting to try but they promised if it wasn't right bring it back no problem. Luckily it fit. Service and product knowledge was great. Worth checking out the store to see quality of the products before you buy. You won't be disappointed.

My first purchase prior to my recent purchase was a hose reel and let me tell you, I couldnt ask for anything more 'perfect', due to this I also purchased more accessories from Hoselink when there was the sale. If you looking for quality and the best, purchase from Hoselink. I have subscribed and if there is anything else that will help, I will get it from Hoselink.

I purchased the hoselink for my husband's birthday present. With intentions to replace the hose reel in our back garden, i had seen quite a few hoselinks in the community and i just thought it was a fad. But i decided to purchase one and see what the fuss was about.
As soon as we installed the hose, and we used it for the first time. I instantly knew what the fuss was about!
A hose thats so easy to reel out and in, the quality of the fittings are outstandable. Makes watering so easy that iam now happy to go out and do the evening watering.
We are also thinking about purchasing more hose links to replace all pre-existing hoses around our home.

My experience with the hoselink team was beyond any expectations. I inherited a hoselink hose reel that turned out to be broken so I rang the hoselink team to find out how to troubleshoot and possibly repair it myself. It was outside of warranty substantially but the customer service representative was kind enough to replace the unit for me at no charge. Needless to say I was blown away.

A grommit came out of the Hoselink wand, my 88YO mother stopped using it and I found it in the shed on one of my visits. I rang Hoselink, they looked up the order number and found it was under warranty and the new wand arrived 2 days later. I have since brought products from Hoselink and the after sales service was fantastc, would thoroughly recommend.

After years of approaching my garden hose with extreme caution, even sneaking up on it wouldn't stop it from kinking.. bursting apart and my hose reel on wheels dragging along the path like a resistant pet not wanting to go for a walk ..I finally decided to end my hose woes .. AND I DEFINITELY HAVE !! The only disappointment is from my family knowing they will never see me tangled up , flapping about in the garden , drenched again ..lol..seriously though , the hoselink hose is all you are hoping for and more in every way from ordering to watering and they have gone above and beyond to think of every little thing to make it easy and great vaule ..even a template in the instruction manual for mounting your wall bracket ... being able to order extra brackets & fittings has allowed me to use it on mains and rain water in my back yard ..it looks so nice and is really easy to use ...as soon as you've read this make your choice from the website and just buy one ..you'll love it !
