Good customer service, responsive and helpful. PMS works and is very customizable but easy to use.

Hostex.io è davvero un gran bel PMS: funziona bene, è intuitivo e si usa con piacere. La UX è semplice e curata, l’app è comodissima e i channel manager fanno il loro lavoro senza problemi. L’assistenza poi risponde velocemente ed è sempre sul pezzo. Ottima anche l’attenzione ai feedback: si percepisce che quello che segnali viene ascoltato, con la speranza (più che concreta) di vedere presto nuove funzionalità nate proprio dai suggerimenti degli utenti.

Une interface web et une application performante, qui a tout d'une grande. J'apprécie l'intégration avec les principaux sites de réservation (AirBnb, VBro, Abritel...) et la possibilité offerte de créer son propre site. La documentation est pertinente et permet de répondre aux questions que l'on peut avoir.
D'après ma courte expérience, Hostex semble une bonne solution !

A well designed UI/UX both on mobile and desktop. Powerful and well featured, like all PMS’s takes a bit of getting used to but the good design and clearly written help docs make it easier than some competitors. Friendly and responsive help via chat, is very good. We’ve only been on this platform a short time but have been doing short term rentals for over 12 years this has so far been a good experience and a better product than all of the numerous PMS’s we’ve tried over the years

comparing the price and funcionality. I have an experience with a few channel managers and I am still new to hostex and of course it takes some time manage it properly. Overall I think it is a really good and strong solution when comes to automatization, tasks, managemeneg, communication with guests and also price

Hostex is a very solid and reliable platform for managing short-term rental properties. The system is intuitive, efficient, and does an excellent job synchronizing calendars, reservations, and availability across multiple channels. It significantly reduces manual work and helps keep operations organized, especially for hosts managing more than one property.

Customer support is responsive, and the platform continues to improve with useful features that make daily property management smoother and more professional. Overall, Hostex is a great tool for hosts who want automation, control, and scalability in one place.

That said, the experience could be even better if Spanish language support were enabled in some versions of the platform. Having a Spanish interface would make Hostex more accessible and user-friendly for a large number of hosts in Latin America and Spain.

Highly recommended platform, with great potential to become even stronger with multilingual support.

我的公司管理大约30多套房源，我测试了四套PMS系统，最终选择Hostex的原因是易用性，逻辑清晰，系统互动性简单，不需要阅读太多的帮助文件，价格也算合理公道，并且独立站可使用，这会对在媒体平台的营销方案有很大的帮助；
目前使用了一个多月，基本满意，但有以下一些改进地方：
任务自动化是很好的功能，对于我这种多房源的管理非常有用，但是目前任务类型略少，可以自定义任务名称的话，会更有帮助；
独立站的开通过程中，不支持godaddy直接绑定域名，需要使用Cloudflare，但我现在仍然无法成功绑定，还在探索；

I was looking for a PMS for several months, I heard about Hostex I like the price and services, I always get an answer when I have questions, and it's really saving me time to manage my rental. What I like the most it's the setting up of automatic message for Airbnb, Booking, vrbo.... Also being able to set up task add attachements, like pictures before a check in or after a cleaning.

Platform is straightforward and easy to learn. I recently made the switch to Hostex from another channel manager and wish I had done this sooner! The functionality and flexibility of the system is great, and it was VERY EASY to upload my multiple properties into the system.

Hostex has been a game-changer for managing our short-term rental as the platform is intuitive, reliable, and built for hosts. The automation and channel management save significant time, and the support team is responsive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to streamline operations and improve the guest experience.

They have a very good service assistance, even at night times. That part is 5 stars, but the system has a lot to improve, the website could be more customizable and all the api fonctions could be really better, but at least they work.

I’ve only been using it for a few days, but the tool is incredibly easy to use — so intuitive — and the customer support is amazingly responsive. Honestly, my only regret is not trying it sooner! :)

I am very satisfied with my decision to list my properties with Hostex. At first, I was worried that the low price meant it might still be in a Beta phase, not fully functional, or have poor customer support... but nothing could be further from the truth. They take only a few minutes to reply and are very thorough in following up to solve every issue.

There are some things they could improve, such as making URL links clickable, though unfortunately, that seems to be more of an Airbnb issue. For Spain specifically, the only downside is that they aren't integrated with any guest registration apps (police reporting), which means I lose out on 100% automation. I hope that, given Spain is a major tourism hub, they look into this add-on.

We have recently swapped from Guesty for Hosts to Hostex. This software and app is so easy to use and staff are incredibly helpful if needed.
I have asked about features - suddenly they appear without fanfare for all users.
Booking Site is much more professional

Great and easy to use. The only small detail and is the reason why I didn't place 5 stars is the option for pets when they clients book direct from my website. We are not pet friendly and because of that already guests came with a pet...
