If I could give a minus review I would without hesitation. Wish I could post a picture of it as a warning.
Ignoring all the false delivery promises, ordered 18 Feb 23, wasn't delivered and commissioned until 6 September. Our Riptide luxury swimspa caught fire on 18 November and 5 months on we do not know what is happening as no one will talk to us or reply to messages. Solicitors are our only way forward now.

Fantastic team!! Rose and Teresa went above and beyond to help us part exchange our hot tub and purchase another one. Even offered us refreshments - biscuits too. Thank you.

We’ve had our Propel since 2018, so pleased we bought it - we love it and the grandchildren love it too! Always get lots of help and assistance from the friendly staff at Cadbury Garden Centre.

This is the 2nd tub I've bought from Hotsprings and again Sue was brilliant finding the right tub for me. The installation team had a challenge on their hands to get the tub in situ and rose to it brilliantly. I'm enjoying the fantastic hot tub and sea view. Thanks for all your help

Customer service is great. Delivery when they said they would and set up all done before they left. And they are on the end of the phone to answer any questions I have.

Had my hotspring tub delivered 3 years ago today, initial issue with it with regard to scratches in the corner and dent in side from where it was brought into the garden. This was rectified by hotspring asap, cant fault the aftercare. I also buy my chemicals from hotspring, initially online, but more recently in store in Dobbies, they are always extremely helpful there, particularly Simon.

Super people to deal with, from choosing our hot tub, installation and set up to on-going maintenance. Great choice of products and very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended! 😊

Bought our hot tub and have now had it for 8 years without any issues. Always collect our salts and equipment from Hot Springs, always friendly and helpful for chemicals, would recommend always.

Having bought a Hot Spring Relay about six years ago, I am still amazed at how cheap it is to run despite rising energy costs. Really impressed and it has been a great asset. Just love it!!!!

We've had hot tub 15 months.The before and after care service is excellent . Hot tub is amazing but We have had a few issues which they came out and sorted within the 12 months.

Great service from the start when we met Josie in Swansea. She continued to communicate very effectively throughout the entire purchase process. The two delivery guys Jack and Josh were awesome and went above and beyond. I had an issue whereby the tub didn’t come with a subwoofer as it should with the music option, but that has now been scheduled for installation.

Rob and the Team have been fantastic from first visit. The knowledge and genuine level of understanding has been second to none. Would and have highly recommended their sales and service. Anyone unsure should go speak with Rob, he will make sure you feel welcome and provide you with a breath of honest fresh air.

Rob was a great help when purchasing and made the experience very easy. Always available on the phone for advice and helpful whenever we needed it.
Great team installed and set up, couldn’t fault the whole experience. Highly recommend.
