The house was cleaned so thoroughly and so quickly, with day by day photos, videos and communication sent to me to keep up with progress. I am so pleased with the results of the clearance and would highly recommend.

Fantastic, personalised and respectful service
Alfred was extremely reassuring when he came to discuss clearing my parents’ house following bereavement. And I was so impressed that the belongings are sorted and dealt with properly. The team got on with the job and cleared the house and garage in just over a day - Kerry in particular was fantastic! The team also cleaned the house, and Alfred sent me videos and updates throughout the process. I can’t recommend this company enough.

Absolutely excellent service
Absolutely excellent service from the Company. A personal service which helped us enormously after a bereavement. We had a visit from Alfred the same day I contacted him, he explained in detail what would happen and how their business model worked. We were kept updated each stage of the clearance, followed up with videos and pictures of the end result.
On completion my family and myself were extremely delighted. The flat was cleared 100%, it was also cleaned and hoovered. Cannot rate them high enough. Highly recommended.

Great Service
I highly recommend Alfred and his team to carry out a house clearance after a bereavement. After looking around the property, Alfred gave a quotation to carry out a full house clearance and explained how this would be carried out and where the contents would be distributed. No pressure for accepting the quotation.

Contacted Alfred about clearing mum's house and he came that day to view it & give us a price, even picked me up on the way. From start to completion absolutely…
From start to completion absolutely seamless on a property with twenty years full of crap,after the eviction took place Alfie got his team in and took charge of the whole scenario,after two decades in the rental sector we thought we had came across all tenant scenarios this was the worst and I did have thoughts no one would take it on,true to his word we were very very impressed and well worth the price quoted without doubt. Five star is not enough for House Clearance Scotland.
