From the first call from Alfie, I could tell on the phone that he was understanding, took his time to listen and when I met him, I wasn’t wrong. On the day of clearing my mothers house, he kept me informed with information and photos, to be honest, I didn’t expect it to get done in a day, but, what a team, very impressed.

I was very impressed by Alfred and his team. They turned up when they said they would to clear my late mother's house. The guys were highly organised, hard-working and quickly cleared the house of all the funiture and other contents --- including removing all the carpets. As they were doing so they were sorting out the contents and I'm pleased that various items can be redistributed to charities instead of ending up in landfill.
All in all, a very professional job and I recommend them.

Alfred and the team were so helpful. They took away the worry of what to do with the remaining contents of the house. The fact that the company try to re purpose or recycle everything is a real bonus. They were so well organised and efficient and even wiped down the kitchen cupboards, worktops, washed the floor and hoovered every room.

From my initial meeting with Alfie everything went smoothly and just as he said it would. I had 2 houses to clear in a pretty remote location in Argyll and both were stacked to the rafters with an inordinate amount of stuff. Every room, every cupboard, the lofts, even the 2 cars in the driveway were stacked full. This was not a job for the faint hearted. The team quickly and efficiently cleared items from an ex-rental property and tidied up after themselves.

Needed to clear Dad's house, short time scale, had planned to do ourselves but not so easy when you live in another part of the country! A last minute phone call to HCS followed by a meeting with Albert at the property solved the problem and he was able to fit us in to meet our deadline. Albert and the Team kept us updated on day of clearance with photos, finishing off with pics of each room after cleaning. It was great that they disposed of everything donating appropriate items to charity and disposing of the large items which had seen better days! Excellent service and highly recommend.

After being let down by another firm's failure to communicate. It was a pleasure to deal with a firm that remained in constant contact providing updates on how the clearance was going and on where items were being donated. My sister and I engaged with Alfred in regard to a house clearance following our mother's move to sheltered housing. Alfred was very helpful and we arranged a clearance date, at very short notice. However, my sister and I (with help from other family members) were subsequently able to clear the property. Alfred was very understanding and was happy to cancel the clearance, without any problem.
