House Fox Estate Agents Reviews

They were clear from the outside. Communication was very good, text messages when appointments made and I was given feedback after appointments if applicable. When the sale was going through there was regular communication and I felt fully informed throughout the process.

I Called House Fox at 8:15AM, they answered the phone, talked me through the property I was interested in and booked me in to view. I thought this was an amazing service all before 9AM!

Having had my property on with another agent, I have switched to House Fox, and when you see the difference in quality of photography, and a walk through tour, it really has made a huge difference

The team based in Weston Super Mare were so professional, knowledgeable and supportive during a difficult time for our family. Despite the financial turbulence to the housing market caused by our government, losing a buyer and dealing with a bereavement of our mother, Abbie, Neil, Nikki together with the rest of the team were so supportive. We cannot speak highly enough of them all.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Housefox from our initial contact, valuation, great rate given, professional photography service and how the appointments and viewings were dealt with to the sale and completion.
All the staff were friendly and professional, very approachable and pushed things along with the solicitors when the time lines were under pressure through the chain.
Thanks to all the staff for making our selling process a fairly smooth and stress free experience!

From start to finish kept up to date with progress. We sold for the asking price and completed within 5 weeks. Very professional video and photos.

We purchased a property through House Fox. Their communication was excellent throughout. Whenever we had any queries or questions they resolved them very quickly and efficiently.

I had excellent service from start to finish in particular Niki Urch was incredibly helpful and when things needed to be chased on either side she did it without me even asking twice. Neil Urch was also brilliant not only did he sell my house within one day of going on to the market he also k ew exactly what I was looking for to buy and found me my next forever home. What an amazing team and company second to none service. I would highly recommend Housefox to everyone I know!

Great service, very transparent and explained all steps thoroughly.
Highly recommend to others

First class service throughout the whole process.
Our Agent Jake McCabe guided us flawlessly through the whole buying/selling process. Nothing was too much trouble. From tirelessly chasing queries or acting as the middle man to facilitate completion due to a tight deadline . He was always available at the end of the phone with a solution. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

HouseFox were brilliant. I was kept well informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.

Everyone that I have dealt with at House Fox has always been extremely professional and have gone above and beyond to answer any query that I had. I will be recommending House Fox to family and friends looking to buy or sell.

House Fox were Fantastic! They made moving home a breeze with their constant updates and communication. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

HouseFox exceeded all our expectations. The marketing of the property was exceptional and resulted in a very quick sale. The vetting of the purchasers ability to complete the purchase was excellent. The service provided between offer and completion was outstanding and we were kept fully advised of all developments of all parties involved in the chain. I highly recommend this highly professional company.

The whole experience was straightforward and everyone in the team was really professional and helpful. Exceptional levels of customer service, would highly recommend.

Great price AND super efficient! A rare combination these days! They were always available to take my calls and answer my questions. Really helped progress the sale communicating with the buyer and solicitors. Great company, great team and a great service. I will be recommending you at every opportunity!

Having just brought a property through House Fox, I found the experience very smooth. Accommodating during the inital viewings and helpful during the purchasing phase. Would happily buy from again.
