House Fox Estate Agents Reviews

Thank you House Fox for 1st class service from day one. Sold our property in 6 days of going live. Amazing property advertisement and quick and efficient customer service. Kept up to date throughout with updates regarding sale. Would definitely recommend and use for futures sales!

We were very impressed how professional House Fox were regarding selling our property. The time and effort they put in to market our house was excellent. Especially how they use a professional photographer to do the photos. Also the virtual video tour was amazing and a cut above the rest. Thanks for all your help House Fox.

Very friendly and efficient, always available for help and enquires, would highly recommend

From the start to the end of selling our house , House Fox could not be anymore helpful. Abby who came around to show people around was great and very professional ,the photos that were taking of our house were great compare to a lot of other estate agents, Neil and Niki are just great helpful and always at the end of the phone doing there best for you.

If your looking to sell your home House Fox are the people to go with you wont be disappointed .

Housefox have been utterly fantastic. From incredible marketing and photography to making sure the viewings and negotiations went without a hitch. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Housefox couldn't be more helpful if they tried. They work hard to accommodate and always put the client at the centre of what they do. Honest, hardworking, friendly businesses. The way it should be

Jake at House Fox did a fantastic job at walking us through the whole process and making us feel at ease. From the moment we asked for a valuation nothing was too much effort and they were always on hand to answer our queries. They sold our house the day it listed and we were very happy with the service provided.

Excellent service, the staff were helpful and available whatever our queries. They pulled out all the stops to complete our sake and purchase despite some difficult circumstances. I highly recommend them.

Housefox have been incredible in handling the sale of our property.
They go above and beyond other estate agents in their approach to marketing your home.
We could not be happier with the service we have received.
They found us a buyer within 3 days.
Everyone in the office is professional, friendly and easy to deal.
Special thanx to James Cole who came to do our valuation.

We recently sold our house with House Fox and they provided an excellent service throughout the process. The staff were always friendly, helpful and very professional. I would definitely recommend House Fox to family and friends.

House Fox have been amazing from the start, they have answered all our enquires in quick time, and been very supportive throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them against other leader estate agents as the service House Fox give us second to none and clearly care about their customers and buyers. They have been the most response and supportive estate agent and have been a total pleasure to work with. The staff have all been amazing and supportive throughout and help a huge amount with our first ever purchase. I have nothing negative to say as I felt the service was simply amazing

Great communication and everything explained clearly.
All the staff dealing with our matter went out their way to help.
Would highly recommend.

A very professional service, helpful and with prompt follow up.

Really impressed with these guys! The interactive video and pictures were amazing plus the service from the team was fantastic.
Would highly recommend to anyone selling their property.

Have sold 15 properties over the years and used many different estate agents, first time using House Fox and our best experience yet. Would certainly use them again. Very professional in all aspects, photographs were excellent, sale fee incredibly reasonable taking into account all professionalism shown by each member of staff I have dealt with, but in particular James Cole whose advice and help has been second to none. He's responsive when contacted and goes the extra mile to assist.

Would highly recommend House Fox.

Housefox were absolutely amazing with the sale of our house! It wasn’t an easy journey by any stretch of the imagination but the team at Housefox were brilliant. They were always at the end of the phone whenever we needed them and when the chain got bumpy the team were there to keep it all together and get us over the finishing line! Would 100% recommend them to everyone. Words cannot express my gratitude for all the effort and time put in to making the move happen. Big thanks to the team but especially to Jake and Neil! Forever thankful! Best wishes to you all 😊

House fox have been amazing throughout my whole experience with them. Dave Williams has been brilliant he has sold my house with ease and found me a new home perfect for my whole family! They have been so professional and offered help all the way through and taken all the stress out of the whole situation. I would 100% recommend house fox to anyone they have given me an experience to remember.

Having read reviews I had expected good response but have been disappointed - they accepted a booking and left a message cancelling it just before 5pm the day before.

It was difficult getting any response from some of my messages. After the last minute cancellation I was offered another - but unfortunately I unable to change my work arrangements to accomodate at such short notice .

I found there was was not much flexibility to view for working person, the property was popular and was therefore 'snapped up'.

But when they dont even bother to get your name right it does rather suggest ambivilence on their part.

The property involved would sell easily and further viewings were obviously not necessary. I get that.

But overall I was not impressed with the whole 'journey' experienced with them, messages left had had to be chased for responses

I might have just been unlucky, but I record my personal experience. I hope others' do better

We used House Fox on the sale of our property and would 100% use again, by the far the best estate agent in Weston Super Mare and would highly recommend. Neil and his team were professional and even gave guidance on the purchase of our new home even though this was through a different agent. Thank you guys you were amazing :)

I will recommend House Fox to everyone, 5+ stars!!

This is my first home and buying alone, with not a lot of house knowledge, but Niki had been fantastic, any daft questions, replies instantly, chases people, everything. I couldn't ask for me. When I have called the estate agent, every member I have spoken with, has always been happy and helpful. I have already recommended to people and will continue in the future.

Thank you very much for all your help Niki and all the team!!
