House Fox Estate Agents Reviews

Fantastic five star service from start to finish - and we were the buyers, not the sellers! Our move wouldn’t have happened and our chain would have collapsed without their help. Nothing was too much trouble. Someone was always available to speak to. And even after completion, Neil went above and beyond with a house call to help sort out an oven which was refusing to work.
If you’re selling in the Weston-Super-Mare area, you’d be mad to go to any other agent and their rates are very reasonable too.

Great team. Will continue to recommend to others.

Excellent service and communication, would definitely recommend to others

Sold our house quickly and efficiently, always on hand to answer questions and reassuring throughout process.

Second time using house fox. Absolutely brilliant wouldn't use anyone else. A massive thank you to the whole team at house fox. Debbie Niki and Niel went above and beyond to ensure our sale completed. Highly recommend

My family & I purchased through HouseFox as part of a long distance relocation to W-s-M late 2020. Due to the travel distance involved, communication was very important to us and the HouseFox team massively delivered on this. From early house viewings to the late stages of chain completion, they were always available, polite and very flexible to suit our own needs. Would highly recommend!

Professional, excellent value for money service. They went over and above what was expected of them, especially Debbie, who was our point of contact for over a year (through no fault of theirs!) and was always helpful and kept us up to date. Would highly recommend them.

House Fox were simply brilliant from start to finish on the sale of our house. Jake was very helpful and knowledgeable and we always felt that viewings were in safe hands if he was doing them. Niki was outstanding for post-offer help, chasing all the necessary people and getting back to us very quickly every single time. Nothing was ever too much for them, they are never too busy to talk to you (like some other local agents) and add to that the fact they are by far the best value agents around, you really could not ask for better than that. Excellent service and communication throughout the purchase of our property. Would definitely recommend

The fact that there was only 52 days between the house being listed and completion (at full asking price) says it all really!
Neil was extremely proactive, getting 4 people to view within 24 hours and the following day it had sold!! You can’t ask any more from an estate agent, can you?
We would recommend Housefox to anyone thinking of buying or selling - their service is second to none!

Very efficient, reasonable costs and always available to advise and guide on the sale of our property

House Fox were recommended to us by friends and we were extremely satisfied with their service. They were helpful, had local knowledge and were very supportive in a stressful time of selling and moving. The photography was excellent and we had lots of viewings. They also liaised with the solicitors and helped speed up proceedings.
I would recommend them, and as a postscript they were much less expensive than other estate agents.

I had the best experience with house food estate agents. They are very flexible and always work around your timings.i has several viewings with different companies including house fox estate agents and I finally found my dream home..I couldn't be any happier with these guys. They are very professional and will make sure you find the best deal in the market

For those who have used House Fox before it will come as no surprise that we have given them a 5 star review, from the word go the communication was fantastic, the photos and brochure produced of our house was so professional and top quality, the photos and text definitely helped draw potential buyers, the viewing appointments were confirmed back to us on the phone & text which was very convenient, the house sold in just a few weeks and we have now completed, my partner and I want to thank all the team at House fox for the great service from start to finish.

Excellent service, great value & lovely professional photos. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional & helpful.
Price pitched at just the right level to obtain an immediate sale which was then followed through with all involved parties & solicitors. Despite Covid, the whole sale went smoothly and quickly.
