House Fox Estate Agents Reviews

We have been provided with an excellent service from House Fox from beginning to end. This has included professional photos and video to market our property and then regular updates through the actual sale process. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and they have been invaluable in keeping the sale moving along. In addition, their charges are very reasonable and we saved quite a lot of money by swapping to them. I would highly recommend them.

Throughout the whole sale the House Fox team were professional and gave first class service.
The initial sale fell through due to Covid. However, they immediately got to work and resold within a week.
I have used many Estate Agents in Weston over the years, but i can honestly say House Fox 🦊 have been head and shoulders above what i have had in the past and would highly recommend

Excellent service from all members of the House Fox team over what was a trying 18 months. Their help and support was second to none, from the original valuation to supplying a contact for an excellent removal service at very short notice.

Would certainly recommend House Fox for those who are seeking value for money from an excellent team.

HouseFox have been outstanding from the start. Our house sale situation was rather complex, Neil handled the sale himself personally because of the nature of the sale. Neil and the wider team were brilliant. They were very helpful, attentive and thorough. The sale of our house was up and down but one thing that was constant was the outstanding service received by HouseFox. Highly, highly recommended.

House Fox Estate Agents was amazing from start to finish.
Nothing was to much trouble and they was only a call away.
Would highly recommend.

Very impressed with the personal service given by Neil and his team and the balanced advice given whilst buying and selling throughout the Coronavirus pandemic.

House Fox have got it sussed. Great service, great value for money, and a great vision for selling houses. The team delivered a well crafted and well presented advertisement across a broad range of marketing platforms to give us the best coverage from day one. The appointments team were very communicative throughout the sale and the negotiation team liaised efficiently, offered wise advice to progress from initial offer to sale. We were blessed to accept an offer at asking price within the first week on the market. A stunning result and very many thanks to House Fox for a top quality service at a very competitive price

Great service at all times
Details, brochure and video tour was excellent
Good communication during sale progress

The team at house fox estate agents have been truly fantastic. I have recommended them to friends and family who have equally been impressed with there professionalism, knowledge and expertise.

If you are looking for an estate agent that goes the extra mile to sell your property then look no further than Housefox. The whole team are excellent and it is great value and the service is equal if not better compared to regular estate agents.

Very helpful team, friendly and great precautions with COVID. We bought our first home through these estate agents and I’m sure when the time comes to move we would go back with them to sell too!

Excellent service, great helpful staff , house sold in first week , highly recommend housefox thanks guys

Great service from the whole team.Very reasonably priced compared with other Estate Agents. Listing went live on the Thursday and we sold by the Saturday.
The photograher was excellent and certainly knew how to show the property at its best. Promptly dealt with any queries regarding the chain progress. All in all a great experience.

Amazing service!
Outstanding team 👍

Housefox are no better than any other estate agent. We sold our house through housefox and have had such a bad experiance, we had to ask the owner of the company to advertise our house on their actual facebook page rather than his personal facebook profile as we hadn't had any interest for the 1st 2 weeks, as soon as I highlighted this we had viewings. Originally we did the photos and the video of the property due to COVID which we were happy to do however by the time the photographer was arranged and had come to take the photos we had sold using our material. The buyer was quite difficult too and Housefox asked to put her directly in touch with us, we did agree but if we had known how difficult they were going to be we would have declined. We have had nothing from Housefox to say thanks for the £1390.00 we paid them and for the amount of work they actually did we could have done it ourselves. All in all a very bad experience.

Nikki and team were always available and kept us up to date with the progress of our sale. We would highly recommend HouseFox, excellent service at a fraction of the cost of traditional agents.

Excellent job, sold quickly and followed through to completion at near asking price.

House Fox were fantastic from beginning to end. Always willing to help and support us through the process. The photos were excellent and really helped get viewings through the door which resulted in a quick sale for us! We could not recommend them enough!

I couldn’t recommend Housefox enough they helped us move into our dream house in what was probably the toughest time to move. Niki was amazing she really helped us through the stresses of buying and selling our house. If you want an estate agent that goes above and beyond and who really cares then Housefox are the agents for you. Thank you so much!!
