Disaster of a company. Bought a turntable from amazon. Developed a fault after 5 months and amazon directed me to their support. Support replied to me basically telling me they dont care. Told me to contact amazon, nothing to do with them or just buy a new part. For somthing of this price, breaking within 5 months. Absolute disgrace.

Ich habe In Ear-Kopfhörer bestellt, bei welchen schon nach 2 Monaten das Kabel aus der Stoff-Umhüllung gerutscht ist. Der Kundenservice will mir den Kaufbetrag nicht rückerstatten, weil „die 30 Tage Rückgabefrist verstrichen sind“. Ich könne mir nur ein neues Paar Kopfhörer aussuchen - leider gäbe es meine Farbe aber nicht mehr. Meiner Meinung nach ist das nicht rechtens.

Update: Auch nach 4 Wochen Email-Kontakt hat der Kundenservice das Problem nicht auf die Reihe bekommen. Ich werde damit vertröstet, dass meine Farbe bald wieder lieferbar sei.

I ordered the Rebel earphones and was excited because of the sustainable aspects. They look fine and retain charge well but they do not function well at all. They are too big so they don't create a nice seal or stay in the ears and are useless for sports. I have to hold them in my ears and that causes the volume to go up and down and siri to be activated so I basically can't use them. When I asked their customer service to help rectify the issue they just repeated the mantra about the guarantee period and did not seem to care about the quality of their product or their customer's experience at all. They also flash constantly so are also pretty useless in dark environments. Not sure about other models but I would not suggest the Rebel.

Ordered the in-ear Champion headphones - after 3 weeks they stopped charging, CS did replace them, but with a pair that only held charge for 20 mins. When pursuing a refund I was then told it was too late so they supplied another replacement pair. Which also couldn't hold the advertised charge and 3 weeks on one headphone stopped charging totally. Clearly a lot of faults in the production line. Very disappointed as I had liked the Positive Vibration headphones previously.

I ordered my headphones 2 weeks ago, they are meant to be on next day delivery and they have not turned up. I have emailed customer service multiple times and no one can tell me where my order is or when it will be delivered. I want a refund but I fear I am not going to get one. This almost feels like a scam and I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.

Bluetooth Stir it up.
Just paired with my LG TV soundar and woofer. Played Wish You Were Here LP for the first time in 45 years. All my LPs are now out of the loft. It's the dogs for me, love it. Took a while to connect but that's the soundbar, Demo came up and it connected. I'm really pleased with the sound and it looks mint in mancave.

I purchased wireless earbuds and after less than a month one stopped working completely.

When I contacted the company, they asked me to return the product first, and I have to pay shipping. Although I didn’t think it was fair, considering the product failed less than a month after purchase, I sent the product and paid shipping which was 10% of its price, one way only

A few weeks later, customer service informed me that the product is no longer available and I need to chose another one and pay for its shipping back, which makes the total shipping cost 20% of the product’s price.

When I tried to do the purchase for a lesser amount to include the shipping, the system didn’t include the shipping although the price of the product I chose was cheaper than the original product I had purchased.
So far, it’s been over a month since I returned the product and the issue is still unsolved.

I had paid over two hundred dollars without tax for what I was told a premium product from a premium company, while the reality was different.

I had to buy a new product from a different company since this process is taking so long and I can’t be without earbuds for an unknown period of time.

I had wasted time dealing with this matter which is still unsolved.

To be in a high class, the company needs to fully support their products by providing a fast service, quick replacement and cover shipping.

The client had already suffered great inconvenience and does not need to be penalized by paying shipping and go through further inconvenience.

The turntable was bought as a Christmas present and after two months it developed a fault. Which also deeply scratched one of my records! I got a replacement from house of Marley only to find that it also had a fault! Customer service then told me I had to pay to send the faulty turntable back and that they couldn’t issue a refund!
Absolute joke. Do not waste your money or time. They bring shame to Marley’s name!

Truly awful to deal with. Took over two months to replace faulty turntable with one that does not work at all. Responses to repeated attempts to resolve the matter were infrequent and garbled. They do no deserve one star.

Do not use this company! If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would.the product looked great, but would not connect wirelessly at all. I sent it back, they received nearly a month ago and still haven’t refunded me. Contact is very poor, they still have my money, one member of my family still has no Christmas present! And it’s nearly February!!!

I really don’t know what to do. I placed an order for a turntable on 26.12.2022 and haven’t received it yet. All my e-mails to HOM are left with no reply, the phone number I found goes to voice mail saying that they don’t operate over the phone anymore. So disappointing, I was very excited to replace my broken turntable with a new one… and also I cannot even discuss my options with them - shall I wait for the turntable, if not, how can I get my money back… Such a pain, non-existent customer service that is ruining (I assume) a good product’s image…

Ear buds have stopped working, poor sound, and the lack of customer service is astonishing when asking for help to resolve.

I’m so upset I bought products from a company that don’t take returns unless they are still security sealed. How in earth does that work in a case where I simply can’t get anything to work? Is that even legal!?

Generally, I have found the products brilliant. However, we are still dealing with an undelivered order. CS haven't read the courier information correctly, it has now been 3 days since my last email trying to get the product delivered and nothing. I can't find a phone number anywhere either. So disappointed.

Super disappointed. The stir it up wireless I ordered won’t pair with wireless speakers, and house of Marley returns process is a pain in the neck! Still waiting for someone to contact me and give me a number. There’ll be no present under the tree for my husband this year.

I have several house of Marley products including ear buds, headphones and speakers. I think the quality is fabulous and they represent excellent value for money. Additionally I love the sustainability ethos of the company.

Unfortunately, the annoying high volume voice giving you prompts about the ON/OFF status, battery status and bluetooth connection, which is NOT possible to unable at all, very much spoils the otherwise nice sounding and looking speaker.

I purchased these on 07/08/20 after owning a wired pair for a couple of years. I was really impressed with the sound quality but after about eleven months they failed. One ear bud split away from the main part. They had never been out in the rain or used in the gym, replaced back in the charger sraight after use. No problem, two year warranty, contacted HoM and after submitting a photo they agreed to replace them. Happy days, that was until 07/10/22 when the same fault occured. After contacting HoM again It was a definite no to replacement even though it obviously looked like a design fault and they cost £179.99.(They are on sale at £119.99 as of writing this review) They also said that the two year warranty does not apply to any replacement, it is just a continuation of the original warranty. So buyer beware! !

My wife brought me the turntable and wireless speakers for my birthday.absolutely gutted,I love my vinyl and are always (well I was) listening to it.this set up is awful,constant skirting and jumping,wireless speakers hurt my ears the sound is that bad,not much better plugged in,do not buy if you love your music
