I wish I received extra rubber tips for the headphones they were not attached. The headphones seem to struggle a little in the wind as well but I live in Edinburgh so I guess that's on me :)
Order and delivery was very quick and easy but I never received a confirmation email.
Still great headphones just what I need.

I have now owned 2 pairs and am very happy with the quality and also their ethics regarding recycling.

Bought a pair of the earbuds. Within two months the rubber coating had started to degrade and become extremely sticky. House of Marley refused a refund.

Very poor customer service and quality of product.

The design is nice and they stay in pretty well while running and are comfortable. However, the connectivity and sound quality are not great. When I have my phone in my back pocket the earphones regularly disconnect if I move my head around, this is only a meter distance so not great. One earbud is also significantly quieter than the other, could be a faulty batch I have? The sounds quality is also questionable at times with a crackle on the more bass heavy songs.

I love House of Marley. It is my go to if I need to buy a new pair of headphones or speaker. I have bought two pair of headphones from them now and love both of them. Very comfortable, very stylish and the sound quality is amazing and I love how eco-friendly/sustainable the company is! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase good quality products and reduce their impact on the environment.

The ordered headphones arrived very quickly. Quality and sound are great. The headphones are very comfy, even after two hours. I love the eco-friendliness and ethos of the company! Even the packaging is perfectly thought through and didn't need any plastic. I'm very happy with my purchase.

My wireless earphones are perfect - great price tag at £150 or so cheaper than AirPods, great sound quality, and environmentally friendly too.

I wanted to ❤️ these but I can’t. They do not work. 1 earbud (R) came to me faulty, and does not power on or connect whatsoever. The other one works and the sound is great, but it also has a few issues connecting. I love the idea of sustainably sourced and upcycled and recycled materials but these sadly need more quality control. I will be returning unless I can have a fully functioning pair. Sadly this is the 3rd pair of earphones from HOM that I have had to return because they are faulty.

I bought some a while ago and my fiancee kept pinching them so I bought her some and she loves them 👍

I brought two pairs of little bird in ear headphones, only one pair turned up in the mail. Didn’t even receive a confirmation email or updates on delivery, it just turned up! Weird.. customer service were helpful but still a big inconvenience

I have bought 2 pairs of Smile Jamaica bluetooth headphones recently. The ethos, quality and service of House of Marley is superb.

The Headphones were delivered very quickly. They offer a crisp clear powerful sound. They are a very comfortable to wear and look awesome. I would recommend these headphones to all but the most important thing is the build quality.
