The best oils…
The fragrances of the oils are beautiful, rich, and long-lasting. Every single one of them smells amazing . Shipping is always very fast, and the communication is outstanding.
In addition, Sarah is always quick to respond and provides detailed, helpful answers to any questions. I highly recommend this store to everyone. I am sure that every customer will be 100% satisfied with both the products and the service.

One of the best fragrance oil…
One of the best fragrance oil suppliers; along with a very helpful, drama free group.
Their only fault is being the wrong side of the Pennines for me to go and sniff every oil they have!

Ahh this made us laugh 🤣 Thank you so much for such a lovely review, Zoe!
We’re really glad you enjoy both the oils and the group — we’ve always wanted it to feel helpful, friendly and just a nice place to hang out without any drama 🩷
And honestly, being able to sniff every oil is dangerous… you’d probably leave with about 47 new favourites 😂
Thanks again for all your support, we really appreciate it! - Hazel & Team

The whole experience was fabulous
The whole experience was fabulous. I’ve posted in their Facebook group to gage what people’s best sellers/favourites etc are and have been met with nothing but kindness and support.
The owners couldn’t be more helpful, welcoming or supportive if they tried.
On to of that, the order was placed and then dispatched and delivered in less than 24 hours. Absolutely phenomenal service!

Thank you for amazing sents and reasonable prices. The postage is great. I can’t say anything bad really. I have tried lots of fragrance companies to try and get the strongest and longest smelling fragrance. Value for money. And I can’t fault this company. Customer service is excellent. 5 stars from me. Well done.

Look no further for a supplier! HOS is the best!
I got my wax from here a couple months ago after speaking to them on a Facebook post about my wax melts frosting.
I was given so much wonderful information and hints and tips to try that I immediately changed the wax I was using and supplier to house of scent! That was easily the best decision I’ve ever made for my business.
I have ZERO frosting, the colours stand out so much stronger now and the scent!! There’s such a good cold throw now too as well as hot throw.
I hadn’t got any fragrances because they were waiting so they could do a restock…but I ordered some a few days ago.
I have never had my jaw drop smelling a fragrance oil before 😂😂 but Egyptian amber may be the nicest thing I’ve ever smelt in my life!!!! All the others were wonderful too.
And then obviously as a business owner I noticed the small things. The packaging! The cute colours packing beans, each item packaged individually. It truly was a fantastic parcel to receive! Thank you so much for all the care and attention to detail you clearly put into the whole process of your business from the website to the packaging. I can see now why so many people sing your praises, as will I be too!

Thank you so, so much for this incredible review 💗 It honestly means the world to know that our advice helped you find the right wax and that it’s made such a difference to your melts - zero frosting, stronger colours, and a better cold and hot throw is exactly what we love to hear 🙌
We’re also absolutely thrilled that you loved the fragrance oils, especially Egyptian Amber. That oil really is something special!
As a small business, the little details matter so much to us, so it’s lovely to know that it's noticed and appreciated 🥰
