House of Thobes Reviews

This is my first shopping experience with House of Thobes. I gifted my husband and he loved his thobe as did I. Excellent quality and the order was dispatched and delivered on time too. Thank you very much!!

Good Thobes really nice and ok priced. I had to return mine due to a size issue, refund process seems fair. Just waiting for the money to come through.

these people are quick with emailing you back with when requesting any form of assistance .

Design of the thobe is ok but for the price paid you can get a premium quality thobe where as the one I got was thin material and slightly transparent even though its black and sizing runs much smaller than UK sizes despite following the measurement guide. It has been washed once only and the colour you can tell is fading.

Great clothing range with huge variety.
The quality is incrediblely good and the price is perfect too.
Futhermore the team is also super supportive and answer questions promptly.

It was a pleasure working with HouseofThobes. I can’t wait to see the thobe they donated on auction at our annual Charity Week dinner InshaAllah! Jazakallah Khair from Taz and the rest of the CW team at Imperial!

Great quality thobes and looked even better in real life
The communications speed was very reliable and polite
Very happy with our experience, will shop here again

Poor customer service, wrong information of products… ask to return the item as the product does not match the description but they refuse. Do not recommend at all.

Good communication, quality product, relatively fast shipping! Only remark is the additional customs fee by the EU, but that s something house of thobes cant control so would definitely recommend!

Excellent Quality and Fast Delivery!

I recently purchased a thobe, and I’m beyond impressed with both the quality of the garment and the delivery service. The fabric is soft yet durable, with intricate stitching that highlights the craftsmanship. The fit is perfect, offering comfort without compromising on style. The color is exactly as shown in the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise.

The delivery was prompt, arriving earlier than expected. The package was well-packed, ensuring the thobe was in pristine condition upon arrival.

Thank you for the exceptional service and for making this purchase a delightful experience. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I have purchased few thopes and it was nice and fitting and return service was quick, but only I had to pay my own return fee

I purchased a thobe which was too tight although I ordered the equivalent to medium which is my normal size. So I wanted to return. However, house of thobes sent an email to say they were not accepting returns until the busy period was over. Finally, an email was sent on a Saturday giving 7 days for the return to be made. Considering it was a Saturday… in reality that only gives 5 days for the return to be made. My return was 3 days late and house of thobes refused to refund and give a voucher instead which didn’t include delivery cost. The customer service was one of the worse I’ve experienced in a long while and won’t be ordering from them again.

Looking at some of the other negative reviews, it’s clear house of thobes doesn’t take criticism very well and doesn’t seem to want to improve.

I hope they can be more reasonable with returns in future.

Quality material. It is worth to order from here even with added import tax.

I recently purchased two Thobes and two shemaghs, and I must say I'm thoroughly impressed! The comfort, style, and quality of these garments are outstanding. From the moment I put them on, I felt like I was wrapped in luxury. Whether it's the softness of the fabric or the impeccable stitching, every detail speaks to the craftsmanship and care put into these pieces. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I’ve ordered a couple of thobes at different times from House of Thobes and both times it’s been seamless and easy to do. The thobes were of brilliant quality and fit with very good prices. Delivery was on time which helps because both times I left it late for Eid. I’ve also got a refund for a thibe due to ordering the wrong size, but once again the communication was excellent and I was given 2 options at the point of refund.
Excellent service and I will be purchasing a lot more from here inshallah.

Thobe I bought looked even better in person and the fitting was great. Paid for next day delivery, however, I didn’t receive it till a few days later. Raised this issue with House of Thobes, and they were kind enough to raise a claim on my behalf with the Post Office for failing to provide the service that was paid for. I received my money back for the delivery, but the customer service I received throughout this issue was 10/10, their response rate and assistance was amazing!

This was my second time ordering from House Of Thobes and there was an issue with two of my items missing. However, they were very quick to respond and efficiently resolved the situation. The product is such great quality and I will definitely be buying again.

Size was amazing and delivered on time

I really liked the size guide it fitted perfectly for me and my son, the colour and quality of the material is amazing.
