I ordered a thobe for my husband for Eid and it was amazing. It looked exactly like it did on the website and the quality was extremely good. The colour was beautiful and it fit him perfectly, exactly to his size. It also arrived very quickly within a couple of days. The customer service was wonderful and they responded to my queries within hours and were very accommodating. Highly recommended and will definitely be using again!

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆

My recent experience with House of Thobes was beyond disappointing; it was downright deceptive and infuriating. Not only did they charge me for postage, but they also deducted even more from my refund, all while failing to provide a postage label.

Initially, I thought House of Thobes seemed like a reputable company, but my perception quickly changed. Upon receiving my order, I realized the items were not as described and of inferior quality. Disappointed, I decided to return them.

Little did I know, my troubles were just beginning. Not only did I have to pay for postage out of my own pocket, but when I received my refund, I was shocked to discover that they had deducted even more for "postage and handling fees."

To make matters worse, they didn't even provide a postage label, leaving me to navigate the return process on my own. This lack of basic customer service is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the company's ethics and commitment to its customers.

In conclusion, I urge anyone considering purchasing from House of Thobes to proceed with extreme caution. Their deceptive practices and lack of regard for customer satisfaction make them a company to avoid at all costs.

Just being amazing and great

Masha’Allah, ❤️

Excellent customer service! Ordered multiple times and requested to add on an additional thobe to an existing order - this was done quickly and efficiently with no hassle. Would 100% recommend to anyone thinking about ordering from houseofthobes and we will also be ordering from them again in the future because the quality of the thobes were brilliant.

I am travelling for Umrah and decided to get a few Thobes. I was pleasantly surprised with the size calculator, ordered 3 Thobes, and all arrived speedily. The Thobes were as presented on the website, of excellent quality, good value, and fit like a glove. Professional service and will use again.

ordered a thobe for my husband and put the wrong address, contacted them at 11pm at night not expecting them to reply till the morning and had a reply within 15 mins and they changed the address. recommend them to anyone who wants a hands on company and get things done and there thobes are beautiful.

Material and feel of the clothes are of very high quality, order came on time (which was neatly packed), very impressed and I can tell they are very durable, Subhan'Allah.

I will be buying again, In'Sha'Allah! Jazak'Allah Khair 😊

Very good quality. Fit was perfect. Good purchase will buy again.

Great quality of the product, looks so good in person.

Can’t complain. Got what I ordered. I expected the material to be a little better quality but that’s me nitpicking really and the blame is on me for not looking at the material. Would recommend just as I was recommended.
