Dishonest and Horrible Realtor
So yeah, this company employs horrible human beings. One of their realtors, Kristy McKee, runs a scam on Airbnb where she rents out what she calls "guest suites" but are actually crappy, unsafe apartments in a house that has been chopped up so many ways it is virtually unrecognizable. If you go to her profile on Airbnb and look at her listings, she has the same junky property listed several different ways, but really what she claims I'm the listing is a mix of misleading facts and outright lies. She then refuses to acknowledge any issues, even obvious security and soundproofing ones, which being a realtor you would think she would have some grasp of those concepts. Then, if you complain, she outright lies and denies everything to the Airbnb staff and refuses to take any responsibility saying "nobody has ever complained before." This is also a lie in that if you read reviews of her property, other people have called her out on the inaccuracies of her listings. I suggest that a decent realtor should (a) have some semblance of knowledge about security and soundproofing issues in order to be effective, and (b) be at least somewhat trustworthy and not have a side hustle where she is basically a slum lord. Shop elsewhere for your realtor, Kristy is just not who you should trust with your business.
