Con artists
If I could give no stars I would.Purchased 2 boards for my grandkids for Christmas.The wrong ones arrived.The ones they sent were totally not adequate for them, especially my pink loving, very girly 6 year old grand daughter.(graffiti with horrible black and orange colours)I tried ENDLESS times to contact them via phone and emails etc for weeks.No reply.Someone finally answered the phone a few weeks after Christmas and all they said was "send an email",which I have done repeatedly.Still no reply.Total con artists
I received the wrong order
I received the wrong order - have sent multiple emails and have tried to call multiple times. I haven’t had one response and no one ever picks up the phone. So disappointed. Would like a refund as this was meant to be my kids Xmas present. Very annoying.

My experience with Hoverboards Galore was positive as far as ease of ordering and delivery. I can’t reveal the hoverboard as it is a Christmas gift

Unhappy Customer …
I purchased 2 hoverboards with a kart for each one. First shipment was delayed. Then the hoverboards arrived but no karts which was the main part of my kids Xmas presents. No contact number to call so I used the email that was on the website as it said they would respond. I have sent a total of 5-6 emails asking for a response. To date there has been no communication which is very disappointing for a company who was very happy to receive payment and then send an email days after the purchase asking me to leave a review for them.
Well here is the review. When you provide an email and a customer asks to be contacted several times for an update on their order how about you at least reply. I will not purchase anything further from your business, nor will I recommend any friends or family to buy.
I would like the 2 karts I have paid for. This is very disappointing that you do not respond to any emails. Could not be more dissatisfied.
Please advise when the karts will be delivered.
Still no delivery and no reply from company
Delivery was meant to occur within 3-5 business days. It’s now been nearly three weeks. I’ve sent messages via email, website and instagram with no response. Disappointed with the lack of response from the company.
Zero After Sales Service
Item arrived missing some contents, sent an email about it and still no reply 2weks later. Zero after-sales service. Very disappointed.
Breaks after 1 day…
We did not even get a day out of the board before it started to malfunction. It is difficult to reach the company for a swift resolution. I wish I hadn’t have purchased online and went to a physical store instead to inspect the quality of the board first. Not very good at all…

Serive was fast
Serive was fast, but disappointed that it wasnt sent to my PO box and sent to another PO in town. Lucky the the PO rang me or I wouldn't have received it.

Broken zips on carry bag
The Hoverboard itself works really well however the carry bag had broken zips before its first use. I have had no response as of yet as to whether or not this is able to be replaced.
I love my hoverboard but
I love my hoverboard. However, the red lights on the left have never worked properly. This is the only fault.
