After we ran into an issue with our hoverboard, the Hoveroo customer service team sorted it out quickly. They were responsive and easy to deal with—great service overall.
A great company to deal with
Delivery on time for initial purchase. Product provided as per request. Enquiry for add-on for product handled efficiently and every effort made to supply add-on successfully. Prompt contact and relevant information provided during this process
Hoveroo Scooter
Purchased a Hoveroo scooter for my 3 year old. Quick delivery. After only a few days of using the scooter one of the light up wheels stopped working. Made contact with company on a Saturday night and by Sunday morning had received a reply with a solution to the issue. Will be purchasing again when a new scooter is needed.

I am yet to try the product so cant comment on quality etc yet. I marked 3 out of 6 stars primarily because it seems that the courier company used, did have very very poor communications about delivery dates etc (the original date was missed, with no comms at all. After 6 days I contacted Hoveroo customer service and then the product arrived a day or so afterwards. So I was happy with the support from customer service, I wish I had chased it us earlier as we missed the opportunity to use the product.
Great Communication from supplier
Had a small issue with the hover board with was sorted out straight away, even got replies to emails on public holidays. Replacement board sent out and received no problems at all. Great product!
Very happy
We have had hoveroos for several years. The hoverboards have been used a lot by my kids and they have stood up to task. The couple of times I’ve had to contact the company, they’ve been very responsive and easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently dealt with Hoveroo regarding a warranty issue, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From the outset, their communication was excellent—they clearly explained what steps I needed to take and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
Although the product couldn’t be repaired, Hoveroo handled the situation professionally and promptly arranged a replacement without any hassle.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely stands by its product and provides such high-quality customer service. Very impressed and would highly recommend Hoveroo to others.
Hoverboard issue
I got my girls hoverboards for Christmas, and my eldest started having issues. I connected Hoveroo and they were wonderful, giving advice on steps to take and checking in. Once the problem was identified they arranged for a replacement to be sent and arrived within a few days. I would highly recommend these guys they are so helpful and wonderful to work with.

Customer service is great
I purchased the Hoveroo Drift Kart and had a problem with it. With the team work at Hoveroo communicating ways to fix it, they’ve helped me get to the bottom of it. Not only did they help me but because the tech team were on holidays and I was waiting on them, they’ve helped refunded 10% of my purchase price as an apology for the wait. They have great customer service and responded quickly.

HOVEROO AND GO CART PURCHASE
We recently purchased the off-road hoverboard along with the go-kart attachment from Hoveroo, and the entire experience has been nothing short of amazing.
From the moment I reached out with a question about our order, Joana provided truly exceptional service. She went above and beyond to help, kept in touch throughout the process, and even followed up after our order arrived to make sure everything was perfect. That level of care is rare and so appreciated.
Customer service really does make all the difference, and Joana has set an incredibly high standard. Thank you so much for your kindness and dedication, it genuinely meant a lot to us.
Most importantly, we now have one very happy 6 year old who believes he received the best birthday present ever!

Very happy with the service I received from hoveroo after the hoverboard I bought for my sons for Christmas suddenly stopped charging. The email responses I got were quick, met with sympathy and a genuine apology regarding the faulty item.
I was required to send in photos and videos so that the support team could assess it which was easy enough to do and I was promted step by step as to exactly what they needed to see during the video.
After it was determined that it was indeed faulty (basically it was just beeping when I plugged the charger into the hoverboard and was consistently showing a red battery!)I was told that a replacement hoverboard would be sent. What I was shocked at is how quickly my new one came ! It was within a week of the email being sent that they would be replacing it!! Needless to say, my sons were extremely happy to see our new hoverboard arrive! I cannot fault the service I have received from them. Each team member I delt with seemed to be understanding and eager to help; this is not always the case ! So thanks again Hoveroo!! I won’t hesitate to buy from you again in the future! Top notch service !!

I don’t like leaving reviews, but I really felt the need to write this one. Most of the negative reviews are around shipping times and customer service and they deserve a 5 star review for that from us.
I was really concerned after seeing the reviews after I had ordered.
I personally couldn’t be happier with our experience and how quickly hoveroo processed everything.
I ordered yesterday ( 16/12/25 ) during the peak Christmas period and my order has already been shipped and is due to arrive according to Australia post on Friday (19/12/25).
Positive customer service experience
My son ordered a Hoverboard and Hoverkart bundle with funds received from his birthday. He loves using it, both a hoverboard and kart. We had an issue with the kart, so contacted customer service and have been happy with how it has been assessed and resolved.

Our two boys have absolutely loved…
Our two boys have absolutely loved their hoverboards since receiving them for Christmas - they’ve been riding them every single day! They’ve quickly become a staple in our household and our friends love them too.
We take them everywhere!
Joanna from the customer service team has also been fantastic. She was super helpful in organising a replacement bag when ours had a broken zipper, and has been really supportive with our next Hoovera purchase.
We’re now excited to try out the Thunderbolt Bike when it arrives!
I purchased a drift go-kart from Hover…
I purchased a drift go-kart from Hover as a gift, and overall the product itself is great – it was a big hit and worked really well before it unfortunately developed a fault and stopped working not long after we received it.
I contacted their customer service team, and while the process took a little longer than I initially expected and involved some back and forth, they were polite and responsive throughout.
I really appreciate that they ultimately stood by their product and sent out a replacement, which is exactly what I was hoping for. It would have been even better if the process was a bit quicker and more straightforward, but I’m very happy with the final outcome.
Overall, I’m pleased with how it was resolved and grateful that they made things right in the end.

My daughter loves her hoveroo scooter! It did lose a screw near the front wheels only after a few rides however the team were excellent and sent a few replacements for us. She loves how smooth and easy it is to ride and especially that it lights up!
My son loves riding his hooverboard
My son loves using this hoverboard, it’s made nice and sturdy. We did have an issue with the battery lasting only about 10 minutes, which was frustrating.
Hooveroo has now replaced the hoverboard, which we appreciate, and my son is really happy. It was a shame there was a problem to begin with, but overall we’re happy with the resolution.
