I want to give a shout out to Dave from how2become for being a great mentor and teaching me some very useful techniques to pass my Train Driver Managers Interview. In the week leading up to my crucial interview, I found myself in a state of desperation, scouring YouTube for guidance. That's when I stumbled upon the How2Become channel, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer!

Dave was awesome.
His expertise in recruitment was heavily evident with the session we had on the 16 th march 2024.
He was very thorough and detailed with how to approach all 4 stages of the how to be a train driver process. Provides alternative writing frameworks.
