The videos leave a lasting impression in your mind, and when you are being interviewed, you keep remembering the answers Richard gave to different interview questions in different scenarios, adapting them to suit your own questions, which curiously enough, are often not too far off from the ones he tackled in his videos.

I had the privilege of working with Mr Bebb in preparation for my Detective Constable Bolt-on assessment for the Metropolitan Police.
The assessment consisted of an In-Tray, Briefing and an Interactive role-play assessment.

I attended the free and paid webinars that Dave provides, I had already progressed through the online application/screening for the TOC. And the first written assessments. I then contacted Dave to get some interview preparation for the DMI. Passed that interview and worked with him again for the combined computer assessments and MMI interview. Again I passed this final interview/assessment and have now gotten a start date next month with the TOC!
