Their service is excellent. The front desk staff provide detailed information and explain everything thoroughly. They also offer a courtesy car and give live updates about the issues with the car during service, along with helpful suggestions. They were very patient and even waited for us when we were a little late returning the courtesy car

My 3008 has malfunctioned twice; on both occasions, the car was either about to stop working or had already stopped working, and on both occasions, it was not possible to inspect the vehicle for over a month. The second most recent time, they tried to refuse to take the car when the AA recovery team attempted to deliver the non-functioning vehicle to them. My car would not drive, and they at first refused to take the vehicle. In 2 weeks, they have not managed to do even a diagnostic, and also have no courtesy cars available.
I have now raised a case with Peugeot UK, we will see what happens now, but I am not holding my breath one very frustrated Peugeot car owner

Hi I took my car in for a service again the lady on the front desk was so nice she could not do enough for me we had a little problem with my drivers license to get a courtesy car but she spent 30 minutes getting insurance for me with out no problem her name is Alison thank you so much Jeffery salter mobility customer

We had our Kia Soul serviced at Howards Weston Super Mare which required some follow up work due to a couple of warranty issues. The team were excellent. Very knowledgeable with what was required & made us feel most welcome. Pricing was competitive. Dan the after sales manager went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with the service we received. I would highly recommend this dealership and the people we have met there.

Having used this dealership for over 10 year’s I would recommend them highly . I have used them for warranty repairs , MoT’s & servicing and always found them helpful & efficient.
I have not purchased a new or used vehicle from them as there wasn’t the model of Hyundai Kona I wanted at Hyundai Dorchester unfortunately.
I subsequently purchased from an alternative Hyundai dealership in Southampton about 2 weeks ago & found out subsequently that they weren’t a patch on Howard’s !
Thankfully most of the issues are now sorted but without the help of Allison(Ali ) in Service in Dorchester it would have proved a lot more difficult .
She should be commended for her Helpful , friendly support which is much appreciated. Thank You Ali ! 👍

Howard’s of Dorchester have serviced my car regularly since I bought it from them as a used car. I have always found them to be extremely helpful, offering excellent customer service and above all else, honest. When my car developed a potentially serious fault which could have been catastrophic if left undetected, my opinion and trust in them only grew. They liaised with Peugeot to support the otherwise costly repair as a goodwill gesture which they need not have done. I thoroughly recommend the Dorchester branch and their staff to all.
