I like how available the support team are to answer any queries as a package was delivered to my office in London which they advised they do not take packages but for this one off occasion will hold it for 24 hours for me to personally collect. Great company and great service!

Hoxton Mix are fantastic
Hoxton Mix provide the perfect registered office and mail forwarding service. Stay away from very cheap alternatives and go for this, the price is excellent for the quality of service you receive. I get my post scanned and uploaded as soon as it arrives, and you can easily arrange for it to be forwarded or collected. The portal is easy to use, and the staff on site and on the help chat are fantastic. If you're thinking, shall I use Hoxton Mix, yes you should. They are brilliant.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we have no record of you attempting to sign up for our services. However, we would like to clarify that as a Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) regulated by HM Revenue & Customs, we are legally required to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) checks. This includes verifying proof of address, photo ID, and ensuring the individual is not on any watchlists or registers, such as those for sanctions or sexual offences.
These requirements are mandated under UK legislation, specifically the Money Laundering Regulations 2017, and are not procedures we have imposed ourselves. Failing to comply with these legal obligations would result in serious penalties, including fines or imprisonment. While we understand this process may feel inconvenient, it is essential to maintaining the integrity and legality of our services.
This information is clearly outlined on our website before sign-up, and we cannot make exceptions, as we must adhere to the law.

Choose a different company. Multiple issues with Hoxton
For some reason they want me to pay again to set up a new company on the system when we have already paid for a year and simply wanted to switch the company we were using the service with.
Totally unreasonable of them to demand this when the service has been paid for for the current year and we are only a few months in. Choose another registered company address, not these guys!! Also had a weird issue where my email addresses to login where it wouldn't send me the magic link unless I type in my email address wrong, and then it somehow still comes through to my correct email address.
Their login panel is simple but not effective. You don't seem to be able to even change your email address yourself.

Thank you for your feedback on Trustpilot. We are very sorry for the inconvenience you've had with our service. It appears the issue arises because you are a Tide customer, and Tide uses software provided by Hoxton Mix. However, we do not own or control your account.
Regarding the email login issue, it appears you are logging in with a different email address. We have emailed you directly with the email address that Tide provided when you signed up for the Tide virtual office service. Please use the correct email address; we will ensure you can log in.
As for the request to set up a new company, please note that all billing and account details are managed by Tide, not the Hoxton Mix, since you signed up through a partner. We provide Tide with an API for virtual office services, but they handle the billing, address changes, and company name changes. We are not contractually allowed to change this information as your contract is with Tide. However, our CEO has reached out to you directly with an option to use the new company at no extra charge and discuss any additional steps needed.
It's also important to inform Tide about the status of William Hornby Property LTD and the new company name. There is a legal requirement to obtain KYC (Know Your Customer) documents, which include photo ID and proof of address for the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO), who is the person owning or controlling 25% or more of the business, or otherwise exercising control over the company’s management. Failure to provide these documents could result in legal issues for both Tide and the Hoxton Mix. Our CEO has included our KYC document checklist in his email, which outlines the requirements that are likely similar to those of Tide.
Please be aware that if you cancel the account with Tide, they will cancel the service with the Hoxton Mix as well. They have full control over your account and are meant to be the first point of contact for support. However, we are committed to assisting you in resolving these issues.

It was great and straight to the point on the live chat, Donna fixed the problem. However via email Stephanie said the app was still under construction (which it wasn’t because my friend used it and it worked for her) and was told told to use the browser instead, which makes me think the issue was not looked into.
