A prompt friendly and efficient service
HR check were truly amazing. They replied so quickly to my emails. They delivered the certificate swiftly too. I highly recommend this company. Another UK company previolsly double charged me and it took all day to get a refund from them!!! HR check means efficiency and peace of mind, such a great company, thankyou HR ❤️🙏😊

Completely abhorrent company obtaining inflated sums under false pretences and refusing to offer cancellation or refund. I have reported to trading standards and the police and my bank. Feel extremely disappointed and worried about further repercussions avoiding at all costs

The process was straight forward
The process was straight forward. The process for loading documents was straigh forward. I tried another site before that and had to abandon it part way through.

The process is so complicated that I ended up paying twice for the same product. I was asked to pay for the TfL DBS, charged £64, and months later, I was directed to pay another £105.99 for TfL DBS, which I still do not understand how it was done.

Not enough that is extremely expensive…
Not enough that is extremely expensive for a DBS but you do not have options just to pay for fast delivery you MUST pay another 16£ for subscription!!! Plus 3£ to receive a txt with updates. And once you receive the txt good luck to find your DBS certificate!!! Absolutely nightmare
