Fantastic service, very knowledgeable engineer called Daniel. Friendly and offered advice.

HRV took time and care to ensure our Vent-Axia Sentinel MVHR is in good shape. Despite changing the filters ourselves between services, it still gets surprisingly grubby inside. Daniel from HRV made sure it was all clean and wholesome. He also cleaned all the outlets and checked the flow rates.

He serviced the unit and resolved an issue where the system had not been set up or commissioned properly since installation. While the inlet remains slightly noisy, especially in the bedrooms, the system was reset and is now functioning much better.”

Excellent service as always from HRV engineers. We’ve had Jack service our system for the past 3/4 years now and he’s always a delight to chat to, giving us tips on how to keep our system in good condition. Super friendly service! The whole process from booking the service, getting confirmation to the actual service is always smooth with HRV I highly recommend using them.

So glad I had my ven̈t system serviced by HRV. It was easy to book and the engineer was efficient and took the time to answer my questions. I can already notice an improvement in the air in my flat.

Have used HRV Group for several years to service my MHRV unit. Very easy to book, schedule a slot and the engineers are always professional, on time and very helpful. Would recommend.

Good service and quick appointment arrangments.

For any repairs related to Vent-Axia products, I would encourage you to steer clear of this company. Instead approach the manufacturer directly for repairs/replacements.

HRV quoted us £139 on their website (albeit we got the model number incorrect) for a service + inspection. When the engineer arrived, he realised that not only our motor but also our PCB board would need changing. The new quotation sky rocketed to £890 and we didn't get any servicing done. HRV reluctantly returned £50 back claiming VAT can't be refunded and were quite rude over the phone.

Vent-Axia did the whole job at £450 including servicing and 1 years guarantee.

Avoid this company - only looking to make a quick buck of honest customers

The gentleman who came to service my unit was very professional, explained fully to me how he was servicing it and was very polite. I had a few queries which he answered and explained. All the ceiling units were cleaned and the air exchangers measured, new filters were put in as well

Excellent professional service the engineer provided, I would highly recommend this company. He went over and above my expectations. I don't believe my Vents was ever serviced as good as this.
