I completely understand your concern – the metal pieces coming out is not acceptable, and the fact that wearing them caused you pain makes me genuinely sorry. I also appreciate you mentioning that you would share a photo if possible – unfortunately, we understand that the review platform may not have a picture option.

Please allow me to clarify our warranty policy for you:

We offer free returns, exchanges, and warranty service for product defects. If you experience any quality issues like the one you described, please contact our customer service team directly.

Our warranty covers one complimentary exchange for verified product defects.

We can only process replacements for orders that are within the one-year warranty period.
