This issue resulted from a technical error during USPS's recent system upgrade, which mistakenly flagged valid shipping labels. Please note that this fee is not charged by us—your order already included full shipping coverage.
We are aware that USPS processed a large volume of packages affected by internal technical issues between the 11th and 17th, which has led to delayed tracking updates or incorrect statuses for some orders. While some packages may gradually update, others might still show requests for additional postage.
However, USPS has confirmed that all packages shipped from September 19th onward are tracking normally. You do not need to pay any extra fees. If the original package still requires payment, you may simply refuse delivery.

You can't be serious, asking me for a review?! I spent $90 and I never received my product. I was sent an email informing me that my package was lost. And never received any additional notice. Im completely pissed and will never shop here again!

Good bras and great customer service
The bras themselves are very nice but what I find most amazing is the customer service. I reached out for an exchange and it was handled amazingly. Though the sizing guidelines lead me to choose the wrong size, I was able to get well fitted garments with a little back and forth messaging. Everything was clear and easy!

Fool-proof confidence boost!!
This is the first set of nice bras I ordered after having my two children and I was super nervous about finding the right fit since my body had changed so much. After measuring completely wrong the first time, I was able exchange and they allowed me to try on TWO different sizes to make sure I got the right fit. Great Fitting Bras
Great Fitting Bras. They fit well in front, and fit really nice on the sides and the back, along with offering really nice support! They are nicely made and beautiful bras. My daughter and I bought six bras and loved the way they all fit. We are large busted, so you know it's not always easy to find comfortable fitting bras. I had one thing I didn't like and in dealing with their customer service was truly awesome. I received awesome customer service. They exchanged everything promptly without any delays or hiccups. All went smoothly! I look forward to doing business with HSIA again!
