HSL Chairs - Coventry Reviews 

My chair most uncomfortable but HSL are really trying to help,waiting for replacement chair .The staff in shop Michelle and Kaye looked after us very well and are both really caring people .

The staff very informant and friendly not pushy I was satisfied with my deal look forward to my new chair

The staff in store were very helpful and advised me on the right chair to suit my needs. They had a good range of options for me. On the down side l would have liked them to take away my old chair.

I was greeted well then left for me to wonder round on my own as l requested

The sales persons attention detail was excellent made us feel informed in making the right choice

The assistant ( Michelle) was extremely helpful, had plenty of time to show us the varied types of chairs and settees. She was very pleasant and couldn’t do enough for us

Today we visited the Coventry store and had a pleasurable customer experience with Michelle who was attentive, knowledgeable and didn't pressure a purchase one bit.
Michelle was very understanding to my elderly Mum's needs and it was clear that she values quality customer service over any sale.
We never felt rushed whilst she was serving us.
She is a credit to HSL.
We look forward to receiving our new purchase.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I took my 85 year old Dad to HSL Coventry to buy a chair, we pick one which cost £2.5k, when the chair arrived it was not the colour pick in the shop, I took photos and went to the store and the assistant straight away said that’s not the colour you ordered I remember your father he was a lovely man, I will inform customer services of the mistake, after a few weeks I received a call from HSL customer services who said the store never said it was the wrong colour and they would not swap the chair, my Dad doesn’t have a long time left and the whole episode has left him traumatised

Having already ordered two fireside chairs, a few days later we decided to replace a sofa with an HSL sofa to match the chairs. We knew what we wanted so Michelle said it must be one of the quickest purchases she had dealt with. I even declined the offered cup of tea! She was friendly, helpful and added the new order to the earlier one so there would only be one delivery.

The two ladies at the Coventry branch were excellent very friendly and welcoming. They gave me and my daughter a full demonstration of the settee I picked
They were so helpful.

From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were looked after. Everything explained. The chair was fitted specifically for my Mum. The extras were explained and their benefits. It was a pleasure to be in there. Prices were expensive but competitive, The staff are so knowledgeable about each product. Would recommend HSL to anyone. We came away Happy with our purchase.

So much care, thought, and time was given to my mum and I when choosing a chair for her. We weren’t rushed despite other customers coming into the shop. I’d definitely recommend

The staff were very patient and knew the chairs that i was interested in and ordered .

The sales person in the shop was helpful and friendly.She didn't hurry me and had a lot of useful information to help me get the correct bed.

Alex and Adi were very polite, helpful and it didn't take them long to put the bed together.
When it was completed Alex showed us how it worked.
Would recommend them to anyone.

Just waiting on our order to be delivered, but so far the experience was 10/10. The lady’s we dealt with at Coventry store were very knowledgeable, friendly, patient & helpful. We would highly recommend them to other people, in the same situation. Thank you again
