HTK Scaffolding ltd Reviews

My roofer recommended these guys and I couldn’t have been happier. Scaffolders get a bad rep… it’s noisy, hard work, that most people couldn’t hack.

Danny and his team, were polite, respectful and on time.

Finally what they built wasn’t an easy job but an engineering feat.

Thanks Danny, would definitely recommend you.

Rude, aggressive and arrogant, blocking a main slip road to a unit of multiple companies. When asked if they could park their trucks in the parking spaces available to allow, our customers out they said “no it’s to far to walk” (2 feet away) the expected family with children to reverse off a slip road onto a build dual lane main road. Causing over 2 hours of disruption and safety to children. Completely disrespectful and by that standard to would avoid with a barge poll.
Update: I asked the workers to park and be respectful, they weren’t! I then had to call the centre manager to ask her to contact you, as they were being rude, before anything was cleared! So before that they were rude, arrogant and disrespectful, and took over 2 hours to move once calls were made, Please reply factually! I also have photo evidence.. I’m happy to share! I was there I was at the receiving end of them. I also have several parent witnesses that would also be happy to share the review!

Turned up on time to erect the scaffolding and it was all erected efficiently and without any undue noise or inconvenience to our neighbours.

Once the work on our building was complete the scaffolding was taken down and removed within two days.

Great service

My husband and I watched the team of men putting up scaffolding on the burnt out flats behind our house We were amazed how skilfully the men worked around the scaffolding checked each bit as their put it in place, put a temporary tin roof on ready for the roof of the flats to be repaired.
We have to admit we found it quite entertaining watching from our dining/kitchen.

Great service throughout! Would definitely recommend it.

If you want the sensation of home invasion then this is the company for you!
Twice they broke into my garden to place and remove scaffolding. I wasn't sure how they got it in but today answered all. As I was about to shower heard some men speaking and a ladder appear, very soon after was a group of men in my garden. Good thing I hadn't started showering yet as the window for the bathroom faces the garden. Even heard one of them go "this is trespassing" but another coworker put him at ease by saying "we'll be quick no one will know" - I get the joy of joy cleaning up all the mess left behind now, what a good day!

i have a decorating company in the south east ( Newdec decorators) and highly recommended HTK scaffolding for there great work very competitive prices, every time they say they would be there putting it up or taking it down they have and just a great bunch of workers, i'd recommend them every time and always use them for my projects. 👍

Very considerate, they erected scaffolding at the back of my property, so had to go through the property itself, and did a great job. There was no damage at all and they were friendly and courteous.

Used HTK on numerous occasions and have done what I asked for on each job.A good group of scaffolders, friendly and helpful.

HTK were excellent in every respect. they were friendly, polite and respectful and took great care of our house, which is old and fragile. they also were careful with our precious plants! we would recommend them 110%

Awesome crew, safe and sturdy scaffold at a reasonable price!

Honest, straight up guys who do what they say. Highly recommended 👌🏻

Great experience! Many thanks

HTK arrived on time to erect scaffolding front and back. Great care was taken bringing poles and boards through the house to the back. The alarm system then arrived as ordered.
So everything good. Well done HTK.

I own a loft-conversion and building company and have used HTK scaffolding as my primary scaffolding company for the last year now. A breath of fresh air compared to most of my other experiences building lofts and using scaffolding companies in Brighton over the last 15 years. Friendly, helpful and polite. They know exactly what I need to get my job done and are reliable, which goes a long way in this profession. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Outstanding Service!
We couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received from HTK. From the very first contact to the final dismantle, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. The scaffold was erected with precision, providing safe and solid access throughout our project.

Their communication was excellent — clear, timely, and helpful at every stage. They went above and beyond to accommodate our timeline and worked seamlessly around other trades. The site was always left tidy and secure, and their attention to detail gave us total peace of mind.

If you’re looking for a scaffold company you can truly rely on — one that combines safety, reliability, and exceptional customer service — look no further. We’ll definitely be using them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the industry.
