Great company. Love their customer service.

Purchased a QBCore all in one package about a year or two ago. It expired. I then spoke with Kim from the online support team seeing if i could maybe get an upgraded version. (was not expecting much since its been a while) Told me they would give me an upgraded version for free !!1 AWESOME COMPANY W W W!!

You really can't ask for a better company to not just get scripts and servers from but the top notch service as well. I have been a customer for around 6 months and whenever I have an issue, whether it is something thta may be on their side or if it is something that I missed or did wrong. They are fast to respond and help, always kind and patient as well. Everyone from Tom, Will, and Kim are golden and grat people. I highly recommend their product all day long!!!

Service is terrible.
Customer service claims to have fixed the problem yet did nothing to correct the issue. They offer a 24 hour refund policy but when you request a refund due to their services not even working they beat around the bush to get you out of the 24 hour period so they don't have to refund you. There is no real solutions.

I completed a server upgrade it has been a nightmare. I am left with an upgraded server with no internet connection. Tom did reach out to me for VPS to properly go online and they rectified the billing issue. They understood the situation that I was in and made it right. I will continue to do business with HTNetwork going forward.

So i purchased a fivem server i paid for the packages has well an extra 30 dollars for them to install and set up the server. They didnt do what i paid for I ws told that it would be set up in about 2 hours however it was not. apperently customer service has they say was not open. they issued me a 34 credit but not what i completley paid for. This company really sucks. luckly i padi threw paypal i will be dealing with them about getting my money back.

been great so far amazing staff support with many issues that i happen to put myself into everyone is quick to respond and even help out and correct my errors that i do not know i put myself into. make sure you pick your packs wisely and know the direction where you want to take things because you would find your self like me and prob be the #1 on the help need section of tickets just trying to cross breed many things that should not work together but somehow do lol anyways they have many cool options and services and great to work with.

Absolute shit. His YouTube videos are great but spent $100+ bc it didn’t give me one of my purchased items the first time and after re purchasing it could not get a refund on the first one and the support “person” is just some shitty ai that repeats itself and doesn’t actually do anything to help. Not to mention the server I purchased (for $40/Month) was advertised as 5g+ upload and download and when I looked it was actually at 1.2 mbps up and 2.8 down. Terrible server, terrible customer service, fake reviews, overall just shit.

Been using this server for awhile now without issues, but when I had an issue, their team was spot on with getting in touch to figure it out. I had one instance where it took quite awhile, but they never stopped supporting me and were able to get the matter resolved, which really stands out to me from the customer perspective. Just wanna give a huge thanks to the team over at HTN for everything they are doing and for really stepping up in the support aspect. Means a ton to me and I am very grateful for the team they have.

Always love working with these guys as in getting packages, I don’t actually work with them let me make that clear lol. As always, the support team and very much supportive and they help you with every issue you encounter even if it is just the most smallest thing, like an ant sized issue. They still help you the best they can. Definitely a 5 star review for these guys, they have made a content creator (PixelRaider myself) very very happy as always with their support, time and effort they put in to making these packages.

If I could give Kim a million stars, I would! She was sooo patient with us, kind throughout the process even when we “messed something up” lol not once did she make me and my partner feel uncomfortable! This has to be the best service I’ve ever received. Thanks again, Kim!

I purchased an “all-in-one QBcore server pack” from HTNetwork, which was advertised as including “120 premium scripts” and a fully functional one-click installation.

In reality, the product does not match these claims.

The package appears to consist largely of standard QBcore scripts that are freely available online, rather than any clearly identifiable “premium” content. Despite multiple requests, the seller has failed to provide a detailed or verifiable list of the advertised “120 premium scripts,” or any explanation of what makes them “premium.”

The advertised one-click installation also does not function as described, resulting in an incomplete and non-working setup. Instead of addressing these discrepancies, the seller repeatedly redirected me to generic troubleshooting steps, avoiding the core issue.

To make matters worse, my support ticket was closed without providing any clear answers or resolution, which raises serious concerns about the level of support offered after purchase.

Overall, this experience feels misleading and lacks transparency. Until the seller can clearly demonstrate that the product matches the advertised claims, I would strongly advise potential buyers to proceed with caution.

Honestly I open ticket up with them a lot. Specially with the last start up of my service

I would like the thank the entire Htnetwork team for all they did for me. My server had got raided and the team (Tom and Kim) Had helped me out so much. They helped me get a new vps free of charge and they a lot setup the whole thing as well. I Couldn't be more thankful for the Htnetwork team. Thank you guys so much.

Great customer support nearly 24/7, their services and products are great haven't had to many issues. 10/10 would recommend.

Going to start that the support team is amazing especially Kim, Helped me fix all my issues very quick its very impressive, overall the pack mods hosting everything is very great. I don't understand why people leave negative reviews behind. If you wanna start your fivem server i recommend HTNetwork.
