I’d highly recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a quick replacement phone and not after the top of range latest tech. I needed a new phone urgently and Hulii turned it around in just few days. They were quick to respond to all of my questions, excellent support team and most importantly the phone arrived in an amazing condition plus a warranty! One happy customer!

To be honest, when I placed an order for an iPhone7 last Friday, I was deeply suspicious that the offer was too good to be true, and that I was about to be scammed. The phone was at my front door on Tuesday morning (3 1/2 days from ordering to delivery) and is exactly as described. It is functioning perfectly - I couldn't be happier. And all this at a significantly cheaper price than I could have found on Gumtree - and almost half what my local re-sellers were asking. Brilliant experience all round - I am highly recommending Hulii to friends and family.

For a relatively new company, I was impressed with the whole customer journey. My queries were answered quickly, phone arrived in 4 days (from Hong Kong) and delivered in a nice Hulii box as if I was unwrapping a new phone.

Initially I had planned to trade my iPhone 7 in through Apple, but decided to compare prices with Hulii after a friend mentioned the site. Though I was at first doubtful that I would find a better offer, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Hulii offered the iPhone X I wanted (storage, colour and all, yay!) for a significantly better price than I would have received from Apple's trade-in programme (not to mention the fact that they no longer carry the model). I ordered the phone immediately with no issues, and in two days my phone arrived in Hong Kong!

The phone arrived in beautiful packaging and the condition was amazing! I had ordered a model in perfect condition and that was exactly how it arrived - it looked absolutely brand new, with zero scratches on it. I've been using it for two weeks now, both in and out of HK and everything has synced perfectly and seamlessly, exactly as a new phone would. This entire experience has absolutely exceeded my expectations and totally changed my perspective and attitude towards buying refurbished phones.

10/10 would totally buy again!
