Avoid both Humtto and all companies. They are dropship scammers. Dreadful product, cheap nasty shoes that are shipped from China in 3 weeks. Customer service is none existent.

This company also operates exactly the same under the company name Easelane. They refuse a full refund, only offer partial unless you send at your own expense to China to the following address Room 420, Building B2, Lvdu Guojin Center, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province 310000.

Avoid this company. Had to go to my bank to dispute the charge.

Should be a 0. Absolutely awful. Really wish I'd have read the reviews first. Website cones across as a UK company and shoes are described as being orthopedic. When they eventually arrived from China, not UK, I immediately noticed that they looked cheap. The leather straps were folded and there were dangling threads. Once I tried them on, it was very apparent they were in no way orthopedic. The straps on the sandals were loose and ill ffittingandnthe sole was so soft it was more like play dough. Offered no support and my ankle rolled over.

Contacted using the supplied email and despite website claiming refunds were given, it was like trying to get blood from a stone. Initially refused a full refund unless I paid return postage. Website does state return postage payable - however it makes it out to be UK, not returnable to China. Then offered an £8 refund and to keep the shoes, however as not at all suitable refused this. ONLY once I informed them that I had informed my bank that i felt they were dodgy, refund was issued.

Given address on website is a semi detached house in a small town in UK, return address is a room in a hotel in China!!

Bought Hummtouk orthopedic ballet flats for ease and comfort for the summer, so cheap and flimsy that the structure collapsed within 2 days, do not in any circomstances buy these products, note that these are supposed to be orthopedic shoes that would suggest that those who are buying them have some kind of problems with walking, I nearly fell over whilst walking when they collapsed. Shame on this company for selling these horrible shoes.

I ordered slip on shoes advertised as wide fitting and. having arch support. When they arrived weeks later they were flimsy and poorly glued together. I believed I was ordering from a UK based firm but returns were to China with postage to be at my expense. A pitifully small partial refund was offered, which I bargained up to two thirds of my initial outlay. I was glad to be done with the associated hassle of this purchase. Do not order from this firm.

Like many others on this site, I was also bitten and scammed by this organisation.
I emailed and asked to return the £32 shoes I had bought because they were way too tight across the instep, and were made in an almost papery fabric, nothing like they appeared on the website.
I was requested to send pictures of the shoes, packaging, labels etc, which I duly did. They then came back offering me £7 to keep them, or 'pass them to a friend or colleague', or to send another £4.99 for delivery of another pair, (and to keep the original ones) which might not fit either.
I replied and declined, and said I could not afford to do that, and, surprise surprise, suddenly the emails bounced back and I can't get into the website.
Don't waste your time or money with this company or it may happen to you too!

Awful quality. Would have caused less foot and back pain by going barefoot. These boots have irreparably damaged my back and I am extremely angry and will be escalating this to trading standards.

Bought some sandals in May 2026, far too big. Emailed them to ask about returning them and it’s now middle of July and still no return label or even any meaningful contact from HUMTTO UK, just automated replies. I’m going to do a chargeback on my credit card as no customer service seems to exist.

Truly awful. When ordering two pairs of shoes from a UK based shop( I thought). I also made sure of reading the return policy aswell. When items arrived after two wks, the shoes were truly awful and so I wanted to return. After multiple messages back and forth asking for a full refund and return the items they would still not provide a full refund, stating that out of good faith I can keep the items( why if they didn't fit and were not like the images!!!). They have a lame excuse that the UK warehouse is being refurbished and items have to be shopped back to China! No way!

Avoid at all costs! AI shop front which is utterly misleading! Shoes arrived after weeks and arrived in an appalling quality barely constructed and thrown together. They will not refund and are just offering a replacement. Utter scam beware!

What can I say that warns folks of this firm posing as a British supplier...why is it allowed? Trading Standards should sort this.
The shoes were diabolical smell of chemicals,mishapen and fit only for the bin. DO NOT USE go barefoot

This is a Chinese company masquerading as a UK company. They claim free returns, however this is false advertising the shipping cost back to China that you are liable to pay a higher than the product. Their website is packed with fake reviews. I ordered art support sandals that have no art support. I can’t believe this company can be allowed to operate legally. Avoid at all costs.

Scam. In the advert they offer a full refund if not satisfied. When you come to return them they tell you that their UK warehouse is temporarily unavailable so you have to return them to China at your own cost or you can have a very few pounds refund instead.

Avoid this company at all costs!!! Website states it is an independent UK retailer and it has a contact address in Staffordshire. I believed I was purchasing from a UK company. In reality, the shoes come from China, are of poor quality, and take weeks to arrive. I needed to return them as they did not fit. The website says "easy returns". Far from the truth! I had to email them, they then requested photos of the packaging with postage label and photos of the shoes. They then advised I had to send them back to China at my own cost. If I didn't want to do this, they offered me £15 compensation and to keep the shoes. I spent £60 total so not good enough! Utterly appalling company with false advertising.

Shocking website, the quality of the shoes are terrible.
Trying to sell them as suitable shoes for people with bad feet. They are cheap and nasty. When I have tried to return them, they have given any excuse not to refund me offering me to keep the shoes and have another pair of my choice. Second pair have just arrived and they are as bad if not worse than the first pair I ordered.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Dispite their highly misleading website, they are selling goods from China, poor quality, not as described, Take ages to arrive. Their company address is not a shop or warehouse, they offer a discount if you try and seek a refund and tell you you have to return items at your cost to China. Customer service respond early hours of the morning suggesting the are outside UK as well. Highly misleading and very poor, avoid at all costs.

Orthopedic sandals. The sandals I ordered were a size larger than normal, as suggested on Humtto.uk for someone with wife feet. Unfortunately this didn't work as my heel ended up on the arch support meaning there was negative support of my foot arch. The sandals were very uncomfortable. I accepted the £12 refund offered and bought some medium size toe fillers which fit nicely into the enclosed toe. The result is a great looking, light, comfortable, seemingly well made pair of sandals in time for summer wear. As a bonus, now my toe spacers won't now appear through the ends of the sandals causing embarrassment, as happens with open toe sandals, which is a result I was hoping for.

Terrible shoes, trainers. I asked to send back and got emails asking for pics of them, then they emailed saying they would give me money off, to keep them and give to a friend. I don't want them, they are terrible, not orthopedic at all, very cheap nasty material and the company is worse.
Ive since been offered £30 and they cost £80!
