Hurak Reviews

Mustafa was an incredible tutor who explained the course work very well. I feel confident in my ability to pass my CCTV course because of his teaching techniques. I highly recommend him I hope I have him again in near future!

Mustafa is a really good instructor. He explains things very well and make sure everyone understands the course.

Mustafa was very patient and explained things numerous times for those that didn’t quite understand, he was very informative and helpful with every task

Best instructor !!! Explain everything with calm ! I really recommend..

Huge thanks to Mustafa and Humza for delivering a brilliant Door Supervisor course at Hurak. Both trainers are knowledgeable, approachable, and truly care about helping candidates succeed. They made the practical elements and conflict management easy to understand and relevant to real life situations. Couldn't have asked for better instructors, highly recommend both of them!

Mustapha the trainer was amazing patient and polite approachable, thank you so much

My teacher was really amazing and helped me n the team to understand and explain everything I. Clear details

About 80% of the time, when I book a training course with these people, they change the venue after I've specifically chosen one they have listed. I turned up for first aid training 22 miles away from where I live and paid £22 in parking fees. Only to be told that the training was cancelled. Lies, lies, and more lies. The trainer was sick, the trainer was sick, the trainer was sick. It's like a broken record.

Highly recommend Hurak for the SIA Door Supervisor Refresher training. The overall learning experience was excellent, and our tutor, Mustapha, was top-tier. He kept the material practical, highly engaging, and directly relevant to operational security today. Both the practical refresher elements and theory modules were handled with real professionalism, ensuring everyone was well-prepared for the updated standards. Fantastic delivery—thank you!

Mustafa is Great instructor made the top up very easy to follow and exciting . Easy to follow instructions

Great teachers

This is the first time I have used Hurak for First Aid Training. The trainer/teacher Mustafa was excellent, I actually came away from the Hurak First Aid Training course knowing how to perform CPR because of the high standard in training Mustafa provided, he made sure his students understood how to perform CPR on a casualty properly, he drummed it into me and the other students with his excellent style of teaching, in fact I got more out this First Aid Training course with Hurak than I did before when I took this same course with the British Red Cross and the British Red Cross course was significantly more expensive. I shall be returning back to Hurak in the future for First Aid Training and for other training services they offer such NVQ level 6 Construction Management. Had a good experience with this lot.

Great experience. Learned everything that we needed in an easy way, with lots of examples and explanations, and the staff was wonderful. The exams felt intuitive and easy to get after we learned.
