Hurak Reviews

Excellent Course and teaching techniques.

Just completed my SIA Door Supervisor Course and it was a great experience. From the handling of the registration by Shan to the lectures and training handled by Mr Shaid, it was really beautiful. The patience in instruction to ensure that each learner fully grasps what is being taught, the materials to get you prepared for the examinations, a conducive environment for learning and instant response from the sales team each time I called or sent an email; I will be recommending Hurak to my friends

I undertook a door supervisor course Haruk Training I found the booking process easy, the customer service team were amazing trouble shooting a minor problem but effectively and efficiently. The instructor Elvis was knowledgeable and made learning interesting. Overall a 5 star

Mustafa very high level trainer, very engaging course. Repetition until perfected skills. Information delivered in very clear and easily understandable language. Highly recommend.

There is guy named mustafa and really he was Very friendly

Done my Level 1 health and safety course with Mustafa at Hurak today; and it was great

Mustafa was very well spoken and knowledgable; and got across all the information we needed to pass the final exam clearly

The classroom itself was clean and well presented; as well as the tutor himself

Would not hesitate to suggest Hurak to my colleagues; based on my experience today; and past experiences with Hurak.

Great trainer, good course and good explanations

Yes all great. Thanks to Mustafa.

Instructor was very knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. All questions were answered well and all subjects were covered thoroughly. I left feeling confident.

Booked a course, was told that on the booking site that it's a day course. No notice anywhere that it shows that there is a 2 hour online course to go with it. No emails apart from a booking receipt, then I'm told that my staff cannot attend the course because I should have had an email or read the terms and conditions on the Hurak website that it says it in the fine print. We should have known and setup our own account online to access the courses. What a complete joke. So i'm now 2 staff wages lost and they are full now for a month to re do the course. Never again will I trust these incompetent people to do such an easy job.

The learning academic was fantastic and the instructor was Engaging, Articulate and Approachable. This makes the learning very interactive and easy. The update knowledge of professional practice also help in improving learners skills

Hurak learning has nice study facilities and great teacher. Teacher Mustafa was a great tutor and helped a lot with weaknesses. There is free tea area and clean toilets.

Trainer was excellent and explained everything very clearly!
